Pros:

The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was great.

Cons:

There were broken amenities, there was ripped couch, the bathroom had water damage to the wall and ceiling and the tub overflowed over 4 inches since it drained poorly (we let house keeping know and they said maintenance would come to fix, but they never arrived). The shower head has water rust that looks unclean/unappealing for the price that was paid for the room. The couch also had suspicious stains.

It was close to our event. It is a lovely facility. The suites were spacious, nicely furnished. The bed was comfortable and the pillows soft! The restaurant menu was excellent! We really enjoyed our stay!😊👍

Pros:

I love the breakfast,the chef was super efficient, and there was reception which I missed. Two free drinks is nice.

The decor in the rooms, could have nice picture besides rock stars. No hot tub.

A really good place to stay in San Rafael.
Pros:

It was very conveniently located near where I was going for a business trip, and easy to find. It was a courtyard design with a large interior space with everything facing inward. I asked for a quiet room so they put me on the 4th floor away from the elevators. The hotel had a very nice bar and restaurant facility located inside the covered courtyard area on the ground floor. I didn't need to leave the property to eat dinner and search for a restaurant and breakfast was included the next morning.

Cons:

Nothing really bad that I experienced.

It served most needs
Pros:

The pool, pool towels, the room, omelet bar!

Cons:

We requested GF bread and was assured online we would get it and when we asked staff for it they couldn’t accommodate. That was a a bait and switch we didn’t appreciate. Let your yes be yes and if it was a no you the whole we would have understood. We also requested extra towels but didn’t receive them. Use used pool towels unfortunately and those were scratchy.

It is a nice facility with accommodating staff.
Pros:

Breakfast was great - staff was very accommodating and helpful. Made to order omelets and no cholesterol egg whites were yummy. Clean and tidy food area. Lobby was welcoming and updated.

Cons:

The room was nice but faced the parking lot so as guests arrived to check in we heard them talking so it was difficult to sleep. There were small food bits left in the kitchenette drain and the keriug coffee didn’t heat. The shower grout needs to be replaced- mold in the grout.

Cons:

Facility smelled of Marijuana upon going to our room and its a non smoking facility. Was very upset because we have a special needs six year old. Staff said nothing they could do besides move us. We had already unpacked and our six year old was sleeping in our bed. Went to use the pull out couch to put him to sleep in there. Stains of food and crumbs all over and smelled bad. Wasn't cleaned and neither was the blanket and pillow case for that bed wasn't swapped out with new stuff. Told the staff at 10pm and didn't receive clean linen for 45 minutes to an hour. Some lights didn't work. Ate at the restaurant and the food was served Luke warm and there were us and about 6 other guests dining and the food came out cold, my ribeye was over cooked and the server said he couldn't change the sides. Sides were definitely microwaved and for my 40 dollar plate, was maybe worth 15 or 20 bucks and that's giving it some grace. Breakfast was pretty decent. Not happy one bit with the dinner and status of bedroom.
