So close to Canary wharf and very convenient to get over by boat. Really great location for London marathon goers like myself!
The restaurant needs a better food selection and the QR code did not work.
Great location, bus stop outside. Free ferry shuttle to canary warf.
Reception staff very rude. We told the manager and he laughed at us. The lift was broken, the stairs to our room were extremely dirty with dustballs in the corners. Dirty mattress at the bottom of the stairwell. Black mould in the room and the bathroom and paint peeling off of the ceiling.

the receptionist jose i was fab asked us about our stay and suggested the best way for us to travel wound the city to the concert
we had a leak in our sink and the maintenance came within 20 mins who was a lovely funny guy
also the free ferry to canary warf was ideal
as a group of teenagers staff can sometimes be a bit judgmental but we were treated with nothing but kindness and respect
there were a few little stains on the towels and sheets and the door to the balcony was locked
Clean

Tout le lit pas confortable. La salle de bain était sale avec une odeur à vomir
Good hostel to stay in everything was great
I had a pleasant stay at a&o London Docklands. The location is great, especially being close to the river, and there are bus stops just a short walk away, which made getting around very easy.
One of the highlights for me was how quiet the hotel was, it made it a perfect place to rest after a long day. The room itself was comfortable and clean, and housekeeping seemed to do a good job.
The corridors and elevators felt a bit dated, but this didn’t affect the overall stay too much. It’s a bit of a shame that the balcony isn’t accessible for security reasons, as it would have been a nice addition.
Room was huge and so clean. Bed was comfy, Blackout blinds for a good rest.
Windows could have opened more but right on the river.
Lovely
I asked for an extra quilt and explaned due to my disabilities I require a weighted blanket which I know is not possible to supply but when asking for extra bedding on night one, I was told it would be delivered in the afternoon. Asked again the next morning and was told the same thing after two nights of asking I asked again and it still didnt arrive for night 3. So my nights could have been made more comforatable and my sleeps would have been better if the reception staff had done as they said they were going to. I should have only had to go down once
The room, the view, the boats, night time with the headquarters lights.
The staff were rude. The manager came up to me and told me if I light my birthday candle. Il get kicked out.
However the candle was not lit and Ive been staying at hitons on over 20 occasions. Very rude and discriminatory.
