Room was clean and the friendly staffs
I was very surprised by how nice the hostel was. I was expecting it to be decent, but it was way better. Great location, really friendly and helpful staff, and a very cool design. My room (family) was spacious, clean, and had a nice big double bed and an awesome rooftop balcony. I even saw a seal!
The parking was a bit expensive at £25 for 24 hours, but it was secure, underground parking.
The location. Near the water and free ferry ride.
I did not like that an iron wasn’t provided in the room. Having to go to an iron room while in a rush isn’t convenient at all. No microwave or fridge in the room. The lift closes too fast. As soon as one person leaves the lift, the door closes.
Good location, staff went above and beyond
Awful systems implemented by the hotel. Booked my stay 4/5 days prior to arrival. A late check in saw me arrive at around midnight. When I arrive there were 3 other people waiting in the check in area. All three of us had paid and had our stays confirmed up to 2 weeks prior to arrival. Despite this the hotel told us all the rooms were booked and we had no where to stay. After numerous calls to head office from the poor girl on the front desk we finally got a room at 2am. The next morning I had to take my bags around London for the day as the room I was given I wasn’t to stay in and I needed a few bits in my bag during the day. After walking round London with my bags all day I then turned up to check in to find the same thing had happened again. The guy on the front desk had clearly been dealing with this issue all week and just allocated me a room suitable. I have sent an email to the customer care email provided 2/3 weeks ago and am still waiting a response. Whilst I can’t fault the location, staff and rooms the experience was abhorrent. I help off leaving a review as I hoped they would resolve this situation quickly but as I still have had no response.
Personal hilfreich und freundlich, die Verbindung in die Stadt durch Fähre und Uber perfekt
Saubere Zimmer, kommen gerne wieder
Location was ideal as we were helping our son update an apartment 10 minutes walk away.
Third time we have stayed there recently and each time we requested a twin room but got a double instead. Even on the last visit I called by reception in the morning and they confirmed it would be a twin but when we checked in it was a double. We requested a change of room and reception moved us to another room but when we opened the door it was occupied by other people!! Appalling,
It used to be a Hilton hotel and most of the fittings have been removed including any heating in the bathrooms.
Problem last stay with many children running around and using the lift as a game.
Hotel was clean and well kept. Free ferry shuttle, staff on the boats were really polite and helpful.
Hotel Staff were rude and unhelpful. Limit facilities, only 1 pillow in the rooms, no kettle, iron or hairdryer. Check in room forever and very long queues. Even with such queues throughout the stay at reception only 1 staff member was on and she kept looking at her phone while checking people in. The only way to get to the hotel is via boat or long walk, the hotel is not central or near the tube.
Läget vid Themsen. Fri färja till Canary Wharf. Rymligt rum och stor dubbelsäng. Fräscht badrum. Bra frukost för priset. Bra, prisvärd bar i hotellet.
