Pros:

I love this location. It's a quiet neighborhood within easy reach of central London. It's amazing to walk out the door and be right there on the river.

Cons:

There were so many things in the room that were broken and there was no shower curtain in our room so the bathroom got soaking wet. Staff weren't very friendly and rooms were not immaculately clean.

Not a happy stay

Staff was friendly and nice.

Cons:

We booked for a later check out and paid £13 for check out at 2pm then changed our minds and wanted to check out at 6pm which was £15 we were told our refund of £13 would land in our account 3-5 working days later. Its now been over a month and we've still not had the refund even after phoning up customer service and them telling us it would be in our account the following week.

When we got to our room there was a plastic spoon on the floor and bits of tissue on the bathroom floor which we thought may have been the cleaner that dropped the spoon and tissue so nothing major.

Also the breakfast wasn't worth the £23/£26 for both of us as it was just continental with some hot options like scrambled egg beans and hash browns.

L’accessibilité du ferry et l’emplacement de l’hôtel

Cons:

L’accueil du personnel a été déplorable.. Le service était terrible. L’un des employés a fait semblant de vérifier notre réservation sans écrire notre nom et nous a pris de haut, alors que nous avions payé pour un enregistrement avancé
L’autre employé nous a dit que l’enregistrement avance était a partir de 12h et pas à 12h pile contrairement à ce qui était indiqué
L’application ne marche pas. Nous avons essayé de réserver pour le ménage, mais à l’accueil, on nous disait que ça n’avait pas été réservé
Les groupes scolaires présents TOUS LES JOURS au petit-déjeuner donc bruyant et sale.
Les distributeurs dans le hall ne fonctionnent pas.

La clim ne fonctionnait pas très bien pendant la canicule… Obligé d’ouvrir toutes les fenêtres toute la nuit mais minimum 29 degrés dans la chambre :/

Nähe zur Messe. Kostenlose Fähre zur Canary Wharf.

Cons:

Zimmerausstattung sehr schlecht, nicht sauber - wurde auch während der 4 Nächte nicht gereinigt. Ventilatoren defekt, Lifte defekt. Unangenehmer Zimmergeruch, sehr laute Lüftung.

Pros:

The front desk people are helpful and kind; however they are very busy !!! Clean rooms. People work hard, however the place is understaffed .
