The room key is always problem, 5-6 times a day have to go to the reception to reload program. Never happened in my life before. Very unhappy because of this issue.

The view was not what was stated in my booking.
The beds felt like air beds with springs, on which you could feel and hear with every move.
The staff was not helpful and could not assist with any questions or queries I had. The list goes on. Also this hotel needs to think about providing a kettle and amenities if they are charging the price they do for the room . Very disappointed!!

В номере был телек, но не было чайника, чашек и чайных ложек. Перед сном хотелось бы просто попить чай… но увы

Un peu loin du centre ville mais via les transports c'était plutôt pas mal

Ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen
1 Aufzug defekt der andere max mit 2 Personen beladbar obwohl mit 400 kg ausgeschrieben
Bar nur mit Bier nutzbar
Restaurant zu laut - zu viele laute Schulklassen
Rezeption unvermögend - Fragen zu sightseeing konnten nicht beantwortet werden

Ac didn't work and crew didn't seem to care to get it fixed.

No tenía aire acondicionado pasamos la noche sudando, aunque cuando afuera hacía un buen clima tuvimos que abrir las ventanas, la nevera dañada el ascensor parece que se fuera a caer en la habitación, el Water casi no traga

Nonostante tramite app ogni giorno facevamo richiesta delle pulizie in camera , in 8 giorni sono state fatte solo 3 volte, dopo che lo chiedevamo alla reception ( che quasi seccati segnavano la richiesta). Colazione buona ma molto limitata sulle scelte sia dolce che salato. Per quanto riguarda il dolce Niente croissant/ brioches o cose simili, ma al massimo yogurt o pancake fatti al momento con la macchinetta, ma si creavano file lunghissime per l’attesa. Servirebbero pulizie maggiori negli orari della colazione perché le persone(a volte troppo maleducate) sporcavano e lasciavano o tavoli sporchi.

We booked this over 2 months in advance and when we got to check was given a hostel type room for a family off 4 consiting off 3 sets of bunkbeds, went back to reception and was told they were overbooked and had no family rooms available,asked to speak to the duty manager and she sorted us a family room out and we went there only to find it being used so again back down to reception and after another 30 mins passed was given another room, this room was empty and more accecptable for a family off 4, main bed mattress was springy and not that comfortable and only 1 half comfy pillow and was told they didnt have any spare pillows,
Alot of mold around the bath and shower, broken draw and no channels avialable on tv in kids room.
breakfast was ok but not on par with likes off premier inn and travellodge

Fehlende Hinweise, dass die Fährnutzung nach Canary Wharf für Hotelgäste kostenfrei ist. Temperatur in einem Zimmer nicht regelbar, wenig Einsatz hier zu helfen, Frühstück für das gebotene zu teuer! Wäscheberge im Flur, und auf keinen Fall die Toilette im Untergeschoss Haus 3 nutzen ...

A la hora del check In la habitación seguía sin estar disponible. Era para mi familia (4 personas) después de entregárnosla nos dimos cuenta de que no tenía electricidad - tuvimos que esperar más horas a que nos reubicaran y nos separaron. Esperamos horas sin respuesta.

not clean in communal areas, no kettle in room, poor facilities in room-lack of iron,drink making facilities,poor breakfast-no bacon,not much fresh fruit,not much selection. Bus service diverted so transport links poor. Lack of information in room or on reception about hotel or facilities available. No spare pillows or blankets. Very noisy with noisy kids running up and down the corridors.

The air conditioner was noisy and loud,
It was very difficult to ignore it and have a nice sleep

A tad dirty, toilet barely flushed, leaking window + mould, turned electricity off before checkout
