Clean hotel and nice stuff

Big maintenance issues. We had 2 rooms,1st rm.- front door really hard to lock, bathroom door didn’t close, pillows flat mushy, heater had burnt NG smell, tv bad reception, the outlets over the bed were loose. I had requested extra pillows, but never received._ 2nd rm-heat didn’t work, only warm water, couldn’t fill bathtub, soap and body wash smelled rancid like it hadn’t been changed and it made my son’s skin dry and itchy. He’s also had an issue with the breakfast food, most of the food that was supposed to be hot, bacon, sausage, etc were lukewarm.
I feel bad about all of this negative feedback because every other time we’ve stayed here, it’s been very positive and I would really like to see them take this seriously and make the corrections and invest more in the maintenance. We tend to be loyal customers when we find a place we like.

Great space. Convenient to activities we attended. Wonderful for a family of 5.

The refrigerator makes clicking noise all night hard to sleep

My room was beautiful. Very clean, and well appointed. Staff was always cheerful!

Was a good night stay but $150 for pet is excessive for an overnight stay. Other properties in the area charge deposits that are much lower and refund money if no issues.

Door lock never locked from inside despite it being “fixed”.

We moved room due to tv not working. New room fridge didnt work. Curtain rod fell down middle of night.

Our tv was glitchy so we switched rooms. Woke up to find the fridge didn't work. All our food went bad. It was fully stocked as we were going to be here a week and they did nothing about it.
Housekeeping walks in without knocking all the time.

Family vacation the room we rented was a two bedrooms suite. The hotel and rooms needs more cleaness we had ants all over the kitchen counter and even in the bedrooms.
The stairs were very stained poor cleaning.
Very surprise is by MARRIOT. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
The location was excellent, restaurants, shopping and supermarkets within 5 minutes.

It was more of a residence in the middle of no where. People lived on the property. Personal belongings everywhere. Was not clean, noisy and felt unsafe. Housekeeping never came and although breakfast was ok, coffee was cold and old.

Room are big but very outdated

Great property. Problem with reservation as hotel could not see hotels.com/expedia reservation. Was given run around before refund.

This hotel stay was not great at all. It started out ok, the facility was spacious, we had a 2 bedroom suite which was spacious. The rooms were nice and the bedrooms clean. But half the channels on the tv didnt work, and one of the remotes didnt have batteries. Not dead batteries, just no batteries at all, completely empty. Annoying, but not the end of the world. The AC worked well so the room stayed temperate (it was actually pretty cool in the room), but the building we were in (4) faced the pool and basketball court and the kids out there were LOUD. At 11 pm at night. The one boy was so consistently loud for so long his voice was actually hoarse. We stayed 8 days, and housekeeping didnt show up ONCE. We made it work because it was myself and my 2 girls so we made the towel situation work, but because they didnt come, they didnt clean, change sheets or take out the trash. We sat trash outside, it stayed there the whole time. My neighbors put out dirty towels, they stayed there the entire duration of our stay. All of these are minor inconveniences compared to the ant infestation that eventually drove us out a day early. I notified the front desk and they put in an online maintenance request to have someone come spray but no one ever showed up. I eventually ended up going out myself and buying some ant spray. This worked for about 2 days. Then we came back to huge black carpenter ants, in the seating area, in the bedrooms. That was the last straw, we ended up checking out.

This is a nice space to stay. Its quiet, clean and easy access.

Hotel is tucked away from the city but not too far. Comfortable stay !

Rooms were not ready and my parent's reservation was moved to another hotel without notice..
