Pros:

Buena ubicacion en un barrio tranquilo

Cons:

El desayuno no favorece a los turistas no anglosaxones. Necesita mas variedad de quesos. No hay embutidos. La fruta en trozos, cuando se acababa, no ponian de mas. No hay xocolate para la leche de los niños.

Disappointed this time
Pros:

The location is nice and right next to a park. It's a central location and less than a 30 minute walk to Sugar Beach and the CN Tower. The parking was very convenient too.

Cons:

Our first night there, the fridge didn't work. Maintenance came and replaced it. The third day, there was no hot water due to a gas issue. I didn't like that I wasn't even offered some kind of small refund for the inconvenience. We didn't have hot water to take a shower until the afternoon and it threw our day off. I mentioned this at checkout and they didn't do anything besides say that they hope it will be better next time. I was very disappointed by this. I stayed there last year and it was a great experience and expected better.

Le petit déjeuner manquait un peu de variété et de constance. Certaines journées les choix étaient biens d’autres peu de variété.

Cons:

L’air climatisée dans la chambre était extrêmement bruyante.

Déjeuner inclus dans le prix était vraiment complet et a rejoint tous les membres de notre famille!

Cons:

Les réparations a l'extérieur rendait moins évident notre accès pour faire le check-in.

Final night in Toronto
Pros:

Room was spacious, clean and modern. Had all facilities needed including an iron and board :) and coffee machine. Good size bathroom with plenty of room for our toiletries. Reception area was very welcoming. Very pleased with this hotel.

Cons:

Included breakfast which is great but could have had a slightly better choice. Kettle in room would be good.

Good location, nice clean room. Breakfast area very busy.
Cons:

After checking in and paying for parking, we pulled into the parking garage to discover we did not receive the correct parking pass from the front desk. We had to back out of the garage and go back to front desk to ask for a valid parking pass.

Excellent, would definitely stay again
Pros:

Excellent spacious room with lovely ensuite shower room - including Dove toiletries. Had everything I needed. Buffet breakfast had plenty of options. Location was perfect, easy walking distance to all of Toronto's main tourist attractions

Cons:

Breakfast times were quite busy, I always managed to find a table though

Kleine kamer, benauwd, haar en slecht ontbijt
Pros:

De locatie van dit hotel is prima. Vlakbij St. Lawrence Market.
Goede douche.

Cons:

De kamer was, voor 3 personen met bagage klein. Niet genoeg ruimte om kleding op te ruimen of om koffers open te laten liggen. De kamer rook niet fris, natte hond, en was benauwd. De schoonmaak was redelijk maar overal lagen haren. Ik vermoed van de schoonmaakster zelf. Niet fris.
Ontbijt was slecht. Weinig keus en papieren borden en plastic bestek.
Wij zullen dit hotel niet nogmaals boeken.
