A short stopover ideal for what we needed

Terrible, sleepless night for a super high price.
Cons:

This was a pretty terrible experience. I realize it was a busy night in Toronto and was pouring rain, but the notice of construction didn't come up until AFTER the non refundable confirmation. they were understaffed and the staff who were on duty were over-stretched. the information about the food "delivery" robot was incomplete and delayed and required several phone calls, then arrived without cutlery. THEN there was a fire alarm that evacuated the entire hotel at 3:30 am to stay outside for 30 minutes in the rain, then another 20 minutes to get back up the elevators. (and PS one elevator is down, so getting the elevator in the morning took another 20 minutes). The lineup for the free breakfast was extremely long. And all of this for a very elevated price.

Pros:

Good hotel in a very convenient location. Looks like room was recently decorated but some USB sockets not working. No kettle in the room, just a coffee machine so couldn't make a brew very easily. Breakfast was standard but nice and buffet style. Staff were helpful and friendly.

La connexion wifi était pas fonctionnelle.
Le petit déjeuner c'était le pire : que des produits super cheap avec des assiettes en carton et des couverts en plastique !!
