Disappointed in hotel, but visit to the city was wonderful anyway.
Pros:

Coffee service and wine service in lobby were nice. The location was also perfect!

Cons:

My room had a significant drip in the shower, which kept me from sleeping well. The sink had a very slow drain; the shower tiles along the bottom wall weren’t clean. I’ve been a Kimpton customer for a long time, and have always had rooms that appeared maintained. This Kimpton is in no way a “luxury” hotel, as advertised. Also it would have been nice to have coffee in the room—even Hilton offers that.
