La situation géographique

Cons:

Cet hôtel est vieil, décor et installations désuets. Odeur très désagréable dans la chambre. Système de ventilation extrêmement bruyant. Carte magnétique cesse de fonctionnée et personnel d'accueil correct mais sans plus, ne démontre aucune courtoisie et le sourire ne semble être une option! Ne devrait pas offrir de nourriture chaude, seulement s'en tenir au format continental, car ce qui est chaud est du commercial réchauffé par l'établissement, donc pas très appétissant et tout avait une texture caoutchouteuse.... je demeure polie ici dans mon commentaire sur la nourriture. Conclusion: rapport qualité prix, vraiment hors prix pour ce type d'hôtel, maximum 2 étoiles pour l'ensemble.

Très apprécié pour la proximité des attraits touristiques.
Pros:

Petit buffet déjeuner apprécié mais finit un peu tôt (9h30).
L'hôtel est situé prêt des autoroutes et collé sur les Galeries de la Capitale. Beaucoup de restaurants à proximité et à 15 minutes du vieux Québec en voiture.

Cons:

La femme de ménage qui met de la musique devant notre porte de chambre à 8h le matin et qui jase trop fort.

L’emplacement est super bien situé pour du magasinage et restaurants.

C’était quand même bien. Un bon petit déjeuner.

Pros:

Très bon déjeuner. Très bon service et très bon emplacement. Il n'y a pas de piscine et pas de salle de jeux pour les enfants mais pour un arrêt d'une nuit seulement c'était parfait et ça venait avec le prix.

J’y retournerais mais un lavage et peintures des mur serait du.

Le déjeuner fournie était très bien!! Il avait de la variété.

Cons:

Il pourrait avoir de l’amélioration sur la propreté. Ca ne m’empêcherait pas d’y retourner parce que les draps, la toilette, salle de bain était propre. Mais un gros manque sur les portes, les murs, coulisse, poussière trace de doigts, petite trace de ketchup après la porte .
