The property is currently under renovations, which is fine, but they should inform the customers about the inconveniences due to current conditions. Price-based is not fair right now. I was told by the person at the reception that my car could be stolen from their parking lot (Ground level).

Outdated. Needs a serious upgrade

Did not appreciate the ceiling being pounded on at 7am by construction workers
We were staying on the 6th floor and the place was not full for the night so why not put us somewhere where we wouldn't have been woken up by construction. We are travelling for 6 weeks and this was our catch up and breath morning. That didn't happen. Plus no breakfast offered at this location. My bad on this one cause when I book hotels I look for breakfast included which I must have missed on this one
No breakfast offered so I find the price was steep.

The Staff were friendly but everything else was a bit average.

Front desk staff was very friendly and efficient.

Worst hotel ever. Our car was stolen in this hotel. They don’t have security and they don’t do anything.They don’t help. I think the employees are connected with the thieves.

I booked at this hotel as it stated it is 9 minutes from the Biodome, 17 minutes from the Old Port, and claimed to be near a bunch of attractions well it is not even close. Almost all the attractions are over double to time to get, the Biodome is over double the KM away then what they had listed. So i called them as soon as I got to the hotel the agent i had spoke to gave me 3 options, pay a extra $500 for 3 nights to be moved to a different hotel, get a full refund and have no hotel or get a refund for all the extra Uber fairs. I picked the third option because it seemed like the only reasonable one well the agent forgot to mention the refund would be Expedia points from the "goodwill' of them like they arent falsey advertising listings to be near popular tourist attractions when in reality it is in a not so nice section of montreal not near any attractions I had already booked and paided for hence why I book a hotel that was supposed to be under 5KM from the Biodome. Every single activity I have seen listed to be close to it is no where near it all the KM and times I have seen are wrong. I was okay with it being no where near the attractions that it was supposed to be near when I was told we'd be reimbursed for the extra Uber fairs but coincidentally they forgot to mention it would be Expedia points. I figured i would of atleast been informed of that especially after i made it clear to the agent i had spoke to i dont have the extra money for a bunch of $30 Uber rides.

The staff were great and friendly a little disappointed that i booked ahead and choose the option with 1 dog and then was charged an additional charge for the dog upon check out why eas it not charged up front when i booked

The staff were pleasant and professional. There was construction going on. At 9am daily the hammering and drilling starts. The elevator floors were dirty due to the construction. Great staff, however not a property I would return to.

We waited a long time before getting checked in, due to the room wasn't prepared when we arrived at the property. Staff didn't bother to ask us if we were ok.

The building is under renovation..the staff were great. The location is good as well. Breakfast was not included.
