We arrived late from our flight from Mexico and was very tired the only problem was we couldn't get in touch with the front person when first checking in and had to stand outside for a short time, but otherwise all was good.
Convenient location, friendly staff, comfortable room, and hot water for tea & delicious cookies for evening available in lobby.

Check-in was very smooth. The complimentary breakfast was decent. The staff were friendly.
Our room ended up being right by the staircase door so there was a lot of foot traffic and you could hear the door to the staircase opening and closing constantly. The bed was not comfortable at all I had a difficult time sleeping in it.

Convoluted check in process, and appeared disorganized
Sheets where dirty and housekeeping was gone so we had to change them. I don’t think the person that brought us the sheets understood English very well.
Location was handy and staff were nice
Wanted an extra $50 as we got there early so we left and came back.
Room smelled so strongly of cleaner we had to keep the window open or our eyes were watering.
Came back in the evening to a flooded bathroom.
Bed was rock hard and pillows too small.
People in the room above us paced the floor very loudly, all night long, no let up.
Pancake machine was broken
Waffle iron was so old when you turned it over a lot of the batter leaked out
Staff were friendly and accommodating, comfortable room and bed, fridge & microwave, quiet, good wifi, decent value for price paid, good breakfast. Have stayed here before and will most probably stay here again in the future.
Overall the room was quite clean but some corners needed a bit more attention.
