Pros:

Room was nice. Shower head was worst we’ve seen in a while. Stationary, no adjustments, so all you get is a sprinkling. Not okay for this type property! Pillows were not our favorite…looked nice but was difficult to get comfortable on them. Having a firmer pillow option in the room would have been a bonus.

We loved the UTK memorabilia all throughout the lobby and rooms. Breakfast of eggs, yogurt, bacon, coffee and tea was yummy and convenient.

Unique hotel. Rooms are small and valet is pricey. The walls are very thin and we heard loud music from a neighboring restaurant past midnight. It was a Wednesday night. Stuff was friendly.

Super cute rooms - super convenient. Wish I had known at 10:25 am when I went to the coffee shop in lobby to get breakfast that they stop at 10:20 km game days, which is a very odd time

Also just got a $55 valet charge for one night that I plan to call about , esp since my car was left right outside in a spot 25 feet away all night

I love this chain. They’re all super cool. Room was really great. Night staff was great, morning not so much. Hard area too with all the college students everywhere. But it was quiet.

Cute close and super noisy!!!!
Pros:

Stayed for college move in. You can't beat the location. But the road nouse was terrible. Im a Hilton Honors members and honstly if i wasnt so tired from moving in i would changed hotels. You pay premium for the location but depending on whete your room is the noise will impact your nights sleep.
