Rooms run down. Bathroom door did not close or stay open. Entry door very hard to open and close - would stick. Very frustrating. Room next to elevator and could hear mechanism running all night. Rooms on different floors.

The best experience!
Pros:

When I arrived at the Graduate Hotel, Mike with valet was the first to greet us given the ungodly hour. He made us laugh and feel right at home (and we don’t say that about most people).

This hotel is VALET parking ONLY due to the location and there are no nearby public parking garages. The hotel has some really fun memorabilia but it needs a bit of a facelift. For instance, the furniture in our room was worn and there was an old water stain on the ceiling in our bathroom with black mold.

A very nice stay
Pros:

This hotel has its own personality and I liked it very much. The lobby, reception and rooms all have a certain vibe. Reception and service were very welcoming and helpful. Location is excellent, right n the middle of downtown but still not noisy.

Staff was great and very friendly especially the valet guys Told housekeeping lady about issues and didn’t seem to care.

Waaaay over priced for what you got. Pay over 400 and then have to pay to park. Room not very clean. Large sticky area on carpet that wife stepped in (all most pulled sock off). Towels was not restocked and towel holder on wall broken. 5 stars for valet guys

Ok. Not great. Would look at staying elsewhere next visit.

Good location close to the university.

Cons:

The forced $40 valet parking charge(to an external company) on top of an expensive room rate. Should be a cheaper parking rate for guests of the hotel. Food options in the hotel v limited and frankly food was very poor quality. We had to eat in as it was unexpectedly snowing outside.

Overall good experience especially the front desk staff.
Pros:

Really nice! Loved the hotel! The hotel staff was great except for the two valet guys the first day.

Cons:

Pillows were too firm. The two valet guys that told me we would receive a text never sent it which caused a delay in our departure the next morning.

Parking was expensive and undisclosed we'd have to pay until arrival. Saloon was closed next door. Took half an hour to check out when we left. Had to pay for coffee. Beds were okay but expected more comfort with the price. Extra deposit was held but i was not informed when checking in. Basically each reason I selected this location was a disappointment and overpriced
