Hotel Jaroal

I stayed at this hotel recently and was disappointed with several things. First, there was no running water during one day of my stay ,we left a day before because of that. which is completely unacceptable considering the very high price I paid. The beach was also not great at all , definitely not what was advertised. On the positive side, the service from the staff was good.For the cost, I expected much better.

Mycket bra vistelse… över all förväntan. Rummet var helt nyrenoverat med väldigt hög klass. Perfekt läge med promenadstråk på två håll, på 5-10min når du centrum till fots!
Hotel Jaroal är absolut värd 4 eller tom 5 stjärnor!

Vi trivdes bara på detta hotell. Förutom att det var väldigt mkt musik. På dagen (från ca 12.00) började musiken från alla håll. Hotellet vi bodde på hade en slags musik och närliggande klubben hade annan hög musik. Allt krockade. Tog ett tag att vänja sig vid detta. Det känns som att det är i allmänhet väldigt högljutt i Albanien gällande musik.
Vad gäller kväll så var det hög musik som hördes in i rummen fram tills klockan 00.00. Sen stänges det av.
Annars var det bra. Pool och hav var superhärligt. Köp gärna badskor då det är svårt att går ner i havet utan skor pga av stenar.
Frukosten var kanon! Väldigt bra!
Rummen var inte så uppdaterade men bra städat. Badrummen var fräscha. Sköna sängar men ganska hårda kuddar.

Hotel jaroal is a very nice, clean and beautiful hotel with hard working staff. We had a very nice stay there, but were a little surprised about Sarandë that is really crowded. The hotel itself is a nice and quiet place, but bars and hotels in the neighborhood play very loud music, which unfortunately sometimes affects the nice atmosphere in the hotel.

L’hôtel est très bien et le personnel au top !
Il est bien situé dans le centre, la promenade est pas très loin à pied.
Le petit déjeuné est bon et le coin piscine/plage est sympa !
Je recommande sans hésité !

Arrived at the hotel to be told that our room wasn't available. They sent us to another hotel overlooking a construction site and not the sea view we paid for.

beautiful holiday, i highly recommend the ground floor rooms.

The location is really good and the pool/beach area is excellent.
Breakfast was good. The room was ok. A nice view of the sea and a spacious, comfortable bed. The carpet and furnishings are a little tired and don't match the price of the rooms. We stayed for an extra night but I do think it's expensive in comparison to other places in the same area.

The pool and beachside arera were great. Staff friendly. Breakfast plentiful.

We had a wonderful room and stay! Our AC didn't work, but we never asked them about it or to fix it, we just left our door open. Loved the private beach and the little dock you could jump off of. Breakfast was great. Very clean and comfortable: thank you!!!!

Positives:
The location is great, generally quiet, and will provide a peaceful night's sleep and walkable distance from the main strip and shops.
The view and balcony is stunning.
Pool and beach: clean and stunning and not too busy.
The cocktails: superb mixing skills
The room: spacious with a comfortable bed and lots of closet space.

Negatives:
Attentiveness around the pool area: There were rarely members of staff around to ask for a drink.. We were only asked once throughout our stay.
Bathroom: the toilet seats are loose and smaller than the toilet, the shower is too small and the shower holder is positioned badly meaning the shower hits the top of the shower door and not the user (this can be fixed by placing an adjustable holder).
Water: there were glasses in the room, but no water was provided, the room could do with water, a kettle, tea and coffee.
Breakfast: the meat and veg are mixed and there isn't much choice for vegetarians, this needs improving. Times could also be adjusted to an 11:00 finish.
Room: the room was spacious but was outdated compared to the rest of the hotel.

Overall, we like the hotel but feel elements of service and care could be improved on, a little more attention on hospitality would make it a great option.

Veldig bra hotell med hyggelig og hjelpsom betjening. Suitene med sjøutsikt og balkong er helt suverene. Fin privat strand med rullestein. Nok solsenger til alle gjester. Litt skuffet over frokostbufeen. 10 minutter å gå ned til byen med masse restauranter, men restauranten på hotellet er verdt et besøk.

Ottima posizione, avevamo una bella camera vista mare. Purtroppo il servizio dell’hotel non è all’altezza di un 4 stelle. Siamo stati 5 giorni con aria condizionata guasta. Buona colazione a buffet servita su terrazza vista mare

Vi är här för en studieresa, väldig bra hotel och särskild restaurangen! Stranden också bra, stenar men rent! Ska förlänga vistelsen med en vecka till:)

Hôtel bien situé personnel Sympa et vue sur la
Mer, Corfou en face et Sarande.
Rien à dire si ce n’est le petit déjeuner pas terrible, la chambre un peu vieillissante et pas de store sur le Balcon donc intenable aux heures chaudes.
Vue de nuit particulièrement cool.

Mycket trevlig och bra personal. Rent och fräscht rum med trevlig balkong. Det enda negativa var mycket dålig wifi-uppkoppling. Fungerade inte alls på rummet och bara emellanåt på balkongen..

Nous avons été déçu du service nettoyage, il y a eu une journée ou nous n’avons pas eu d’eau sans savoir la raison..., le wifi est mauvais, la plage n’est pas privatisée en effet, les autres peuvent s’y installer et prendre les meilleures places pour un billet caché... ceux qui paient l’hotel tout au fond! La plage est belle mais avec des gallets... très proche de la route donc beaucoup de circulation la journée et nuit...!

Lovely hotel with good spot right on the beach front. Room was very big with lovely balcony and view over the sea. Bathroom could have better provisions and general cleanliness could also be improved. Breakfast was good, not a huge selection but I imagine this is quite standard not a hotel fault. Parking could be quite busy but easily sorted by reception. Beach area very lovely and staff also welcoming and helpful.
