The building is very outdated and the room wasn’t clean not enough towels in the room. This place is a ripoff when you book they tell you parking is $45 a night, but once you arrive they tell you that you have to pay every time you leave and come back or you can pay $55/ night for valet

Gewoon net hotel voor doorreis…
Ligt direct tegenover winkelcentrum. Als je paar uurtjes om moet krijgen en volgende dag weer op doorreis gaat is het een prima hotel….

Cons:

Pin only. Daar wordt niks van gezegd op boeking als je boekt. Vond ik wel een min punt…

It was a nice clean comfortable place.

Cons:

They gave us a notice saying the water would be shut off at 11:45 and it would take approximately 3 hours to fix. I tried to take a shower at 4 but there was no water. So I went down to the lobby and asked the woman at the front desk how much longer and she really didn't know. So I told her I needed to shower before I went out for the night. She was very apologetic and mentioned that they would offer me a 20% discount for my stay for the inconvenience. The water finally came back on at 6 pm. So the next morning when I was checking out I told the woman at the desk that the woman at the desk last night told me she would give me some kind of discount for my stay because of the inconvenience. So this woman got nasty with me and said why would she say that? We will not give you a discount because we informed the guests that the water would be out and wanted to argue with me about the time frame it was supposed to be out. Also they charge $45 dollars a day for parking and if you leave at all and go back you have to pay again for that day. My room charge was $280 for 3 nights plus another $135 for parking. And by the way they have signs saying they have a hottub out by the pool and it even shows it in the pictures but there is no hottub. They filled the area in with concrete where the hottub was. Place is a total rip-off will never go back. 😠

We expected more from Wyndham. Beds were very uncomfortable. Paid over $300 additional for parking.

Disappointing, we checked out around 8:30 and drove over 4 hours back home
Cons:

Water unavailable for over 3 hours, had to leave facility to use restroom even though we were told toilets were working, they weren’t!

Location in front of Mall & easy access to Metro 5 min. Walking

Facilities - poor need to upgrade especially GYM
I didn’t like the incident fees deduction concept they apply .
