Pros:

It was good that it was close to the Lenox shopping center. America isn't like Europe, you can't find people walking on the streets. We had some difficulties because we didn't have a car, but there's Marta near the hotel, you can take the train to the city. There are breakfast and dining options near the hotel.

Cons:

Room 819. On the first day, we were freezing to the bone. The air conditioning wasn't working; they came the next day to fix it. Even then, it would blow air intermittently and then stop, and air was coming in from the balcony. Those balconies are very ugly; I wish you would enclose them or install a glass system. Is this what a cold hotel should be like? There's supposedly a coffee machine in the room, but it doesn't have the attachment. There's no kettle if you want to make tea. I paid before going, and they took a $375 deposit upon check-in. They said it would be refunded in 3-5 days, but 7 days have passed and there's no news. You need to sort some things out...

The stay was cool, the parking procedure was terrible.
Pros:

The Hotel is nice for a really good price.

Cons:

The parking was confusing, me and my family were each charged for 2 nights of parking, when we all carpooled in one car.

Cons:

There are not clear there is no any information about 75 dollar deposit per day when you arrive there they are request 75 dolar for per night deposit I was planing to stay 10 days there after the notice that I canceled and there was a woman on the reseption she was so rude

I didn’t like that it took 5 attempts to get me in a room that I had previously booked months in advance. What really ruined my trip was the Caucasian male clerk who first put us in a room where there were already guest checked in. AND YES WE WALKED IN ON THEM! Instead of him trying to make sure we were okay he just threw us in any room and lied after asking him were there any rooms that were still available above the 5 floor where we were to began. On the other hand, Alicia took over and helped us to remain calm and settled us into a nice room and even offered a free one day breakfast after the 5 attempt due to cards not working properly and other issues listed above.

During my stay from January 17 to January 23 (room 305), $800.52 was charged to my card, while the Booking.com price was $530.52.

The additional amount of about $270 appears to be a deposit, but it has not been returned and no clear explanation was provided. I hope the hotel can clarify this charge and refund the remaining balance.

A good hotel and a good price per night.
Pros:

It's very easy to get there from the airport. It's a 5-minute walk from the metro station to the hotel. The location is very convenient. The mattress, pillow, and blanket were very comfortable. The room has blackout curtains. It was clean. There were all the necessary shampoos and creams.

Cons:

The only downside is that there were no slippers in the room.

You had to pay for parking almost $50 dollars for self parking

Pros:

The room was clean and nice. The bed was comfortable, not to soft like other hotels. The gym was surprisingly well equipped with towels on all the cardio machines for our convenience. Over all A+.

Cons:

I didn't stay longer.

Comfortable and clean, beautiful lobby. A little short on service, but they were polite.
Pros:

It was very clean and the bed very comfortable.

Cons:

I called the front desk as instructed to ask a question (“dial zero”) and no one answered. This happened several times over 15 minutes. Finally, I had to call the phone number on my reservation. When I did ask about a menu for the in house restaurant, no one brought one. I had to bring my dog (on a leash, of course) down to and through the lobby to get the menu and order from there and wait for it. I don’t mind too much, but it was just a lack of communicating that to me, that they did not have room service, that bothered me while I sat and waited.
