It was shaky at first but ended GREAT
Pros:

I like that fact the manager was able to accommodate us due to the fact the first room wasn’t up to par. We had plumbing issues pests and hvac issues. The manager was able to handle the situation right away! Shout iut to Mr.Ef on that as well

It was very disappointing.
Pros:

The location was close to work.

Cons:

The hallway smelled dirty. We asked for room service and they never came so we placed our glassware in the hallway, it sat there for over 24 hours. We were overcharged for parking. Bar service was so slow, we waited 20 minutes for a drink and another 20 to pay the check. The pillows smelled.

Nice hotel with reservations…..
Pros:

The room was spacious and clean. There is a gym and pool with nice facilities. The location was close from I needed to be.

Cons:

Paid breakfast. Be aware that if you don’t tell them that you won’t use the parking garage, they will charge you 45 dollars per day without warning you and it will be reflected into the final bill. I find it very unprofessional, and a total waste of time having me to call back them to clear that out in order to remove the charge from the total amount charge from the reservation.

Ótima opção para quem está a trabalho ou compras.
Pros:

O hotel é muito bem localizado: há um shopping center logo do outro lado da avenida e a estação de metrô fica a apenas 5 minutos de caminhada. Em cerca de 10 minutos a pé, é possível chegar ao Target e ao Publix, o que é extremamente conveniente.
O ambiente do hotel é agradável, a equipe é muito solícita e o business center oferece boa estrutura, com computadores e impressoras disponíveis para os hóspedes.

Cons:

O café da manhã é um pouco caro pelo que oferece e poderia ter mais opções, além de maior variedade de um dia para o outro. Trata‑se de um café da manhã típico americano, o que pode não agradar a todos.
Por outro lado, a equipe do restaurante é nota 10: extremamente educada, atenciosa e prestativa. Meus parabéns a toda a equipe pelo excelente atendimento.
