Beautiful place a bit pricey.

Beautiful property

Cons:

There are up front costs that were too much and not worth it. Parking was twice the amount per bite than other places. Also they charge a fee per bite. All up front. Makes the great rate not so great. The staff did cancel without charging me.

Pros:

I didn't get any wifi connection to my phone or laptop, when I complained about it to staff they didn't help me out and I had to stay they without wifi connection after paying hefty amount fir just a room.

Pros:

I love this hotel because of the people. They are all wonderful, and they do everything in their power to help, if you need it. And they also understand that you are busy and working hard and they give you all the time and respect that you need to get your work done. When I go there, it's like going a nurturing family. Thank you for all that you mean.

Cons:

The hotel, like at least 30 % of the hotels in this country, is owned by private equity. If the hotel was independently owned, it would receive a consistent 5-star rating by its guests.
