Mooie kamer met hoge plafonds. Goeie ligging.

Diel Aussicht und die Lage direkt an den Landungsstegen

Cons:

Das uns mehr oder wenig die Stadt Bahn „ durchs Zimmer“ fuhr..mehrmals stündlich und bei 32 Grad ohne A/C mussten
Wir das Zimmer zu lassen- nicht spaßig . Die Turm Bar 13 Etage war nur zu Fuß/Treppe erreichbar -Lift „ out of Order“

Unser Kurztrip mit viel Kultur war ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt in Hamburg.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Wir haben alles zu Fuß erreicht. Das Zimmer war groß, mit Aussicht und auch ruhig (5. Etage). Das Personal war freundlich und konnte gut Auskunft geben.

Cons:

Die Preise, für Frühstück 29€ pro Person, und auch die übrige Gastronomie sind enorm hoch und haben dafür gesorgt, das wir nichts davon in Anspruch genommen haben.

Pros:

Fijn hotel met zeer eigen uitstraling, alles is zeevaart gerelateerd en dat brengt een eigenheid met zich mee. We voelde duidelijk het karakter van hotel Hafen.
We waren daar op de fiets gearriveerd en deze mochten prachtig in de ondergrondse vernieuwde parkeergarage staan, voelde erg luxe.

Cons:

Tegenwoordig zijn we wel een beetje verwend geraakt met koffie/thee faciliteiten op de kamer en die ontbrak.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt, welcher dieses Jahr in einem längeren Zeizraum wiederholt wird.
Pros:

Das Personal Mega freundlich, zuvorkommen und Hilfsbereit. Die Aussicht auf Landungsbrücke und Elbe. Kurzer Weg zum Musical Shuttle.

Cons:

Die Baustelle vor dem Hotel und S-Bahn. Dadurch konnte man Fenster nicht wirklich geöffnet lassen. Dafür kann aber das Hotel nichts ☺️

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt direkt an den Landungsbrücken und wenige Minuten zur Reeperbahn. Auch befindet sich die S-Bahn und U- Bahn in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Lage ist top!!!!
Unbedingt auch die Zeit für einen Musicalbesuch einplanen..

Cons:

Uns wurde vom Personal ein Upgrade empfohlen jedoch wurden wir enttäuscht weil die Lage zur Straße hin durch die An und Zulieferung für das Hotel sehr laut war und wir dadurch tgl. geweckt wurden.
Das Frühstück mit 27Euro pro Person empfanden wir als zu teuer.
