Desværre meget larm fra baren hvor gæster/rygere stod i gården hvor mange rum vendte ud til. Det var ikke ok.

Wir waren das 3. mal in dem Hotel und wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder
Pros:

Die Lage, man ist sofort an den Landungsbrücken und die U-Bahn Station hat man auch in der Nähe. Das Personal ist super nett und das Frühstück ist lecker und für jeden was dabei.

Cons:

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

Sehr gutes Hotel mit Schwächen....
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist nicht zu toppen: toller Blick zum Hafen und super kurzer Weg dorthin und zur U-und S-Bahn Landungsbrücken; zu beachten, wenn man bei offenem Fenster schlafen will. Auch ist es ein Katzensprung zur Reeperbahn, in das berühmte Vergnügungsviertel.
Das Zimmer und das Bad war großzügig, ausgestattet mit einem kleinen Kühlschrank, gefüllt mit 2 Flaschen Wasser, die im Preis inkludiert waren.

Cons:

Das Personal schien mir nicht kundenorientiert zu sein. Ein vom Hotel selbst angebotener 20 %-Gutschein für die Tower-Bar wurde unter Verweis auf das elektronische Kassensystem (Systemfehler!) nicht anerkannt. Andere Lösungen wurden keine angeboten.
Zeimlich nervig war die digitale Form der Hotelinformationen. Hier war stets ein QR-Code zu scannen und im Handy durchzuscrollen, um an gewünschte Informationen zu gelangen. Dennoch die Telefonnummer für das hoteleigene Restaurant nicht gefunden.
Sehr hoher Frühstückspreis von 29,90 €; in der näheren Umgebung gibt es gastronomische Einrichtungen, die zu einem geringeren Preis richtig tollen Frühstück zubereiten können.

Ein insgesamt sehr schön eingerichtetes Hotel. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick auf die Elbe was fantastisch war. Alles in allem ist das Hotel sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder
