Fantastich hotel met fantastich personeel
Pros:

Dit hotel is fantastisch, om te beginnen het personeel. ik heb werkelijk nog nooit zo een liefdevol ontvangst gehad. een heerlijke lounge en bar. prachtige kamer met uitzicht en de bedden echt perfect. een heerlijke schone kamer met alle benodigdheden. en vooral heerlijk stil. en het voordeel was. het ligt midden in het centrum dus alles was lopend te bereiken. ik kom hier graag nog een keer terug

parkeren was simpel en snel.

Cons:

Bij uitcheck werd nogmaals om betaling parkeren gevraagd, was al voldaan maar niet als betaald gemarkeerd, of ik even het bedrag wilde laten zien in bankapp, werd alsnog in twijfel getrokken omdat bedrag niet klopte. Toen ik uitlegde dat toeristenbelasting daar ook bijgeteld was werd er aan collega gevraagd wat te doen. Die was resoluut; "Als meneer zegt dat hij heeft betaald heeft hij betaald". Beetje slordige gang van zaken.

Ik vind kamers waar geen raam open kan problematisch. frisse lucht is essentieel, al is het maar een kiertje.

Sehr gute Lage und sehr nette Personal. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und sauber, die Café-Bar in der Hotellobby ist ausgezeichnet! Ich würde gerne wiederkommen!

Cons:

Heizung in Zimmer hat nicht gut funktioniert, war sehr lauter! Und im Zimmer war es etwas kälter als es sein sollte!
