Quarto apertado e sem vista

a cama era confortável e o aquecedor funcionava bem

Escolhi esse hotel porque li muitos reviews falando da vista mas para o meu azar, meu quarto era no subsolo. O quarto era muito pequeno, mal tinha espaço para abrir a minha mala. Além disso, o box para tomar banho era tão apertado, que toda hora eu esbarrava na torneira e desligava o chuveiro sem querer.

Odiei a experiência de self checkin. Na hora não vi que poderia adicionar o cafe da manha por um preco especial e tive que pagar uma fortuna no dia.

Quando decidimos nos hospedar em um hotel é legal ter um contato humano, com uma recepção. Por favor, não substituam os humanos pelas máquinas!

Een pracht van een hotel kom gelijk tot rust

Alles prachtige hotel wordt altijd netjes ontvangen en met het mooie weer op terras gezeten en ontbeten
Personeel erg aardig en behulpzaam.

Cons:

Hey was veel te warm in de kamer. We hebben bijna niet geslapen door de warmte, ramen konden niet open en de airco werkte níet.

Waardeloos, waarschijnlijk niet meer voor herhaling vatbaar.
Pros:

Ik werd van een goede kamer op een wat hogere verdieping naar beneden ergens achter in gezet.

Cons:

Punt 1: niet een kamer waar de hele tijd het gezoem van de Airco Unit te horen was, Met name de buiten Unit.
Punt 2: Ik had een douche in een bad gekregen i.v.m alleen een douche.
Punt 3: had ik om een 1 persoons double bed gevraagd en geen 2 losse bedden.

Mooi goed gelegen hotel met lekker ontbijt.
Pros:

Onthaal vond ik zeer onpersoonlijk. Ik moest alles zelf doen en ook kaartjes activeren en dat ging dan fout en ik moest dan terug. Mooie kamer en lekker uitgebreid ontbijt. Ontbijtruimte wel te klein als hotel vol zit. Mooie en gezellige bar.

Cons:

De kamerdeuren kunnen niet in stilte dichtgaan enkel dichtvallen en dat maakte telkens veel lawaai in de gang. En onze kamer kwam uit op de parking en om 7u 's ochtends werd er op vrijdag met containers gesleurd en over en weer gereden.

Stadtbesichtigung
Pros:

Super Lage , direkt bei der Metro. Grosse Zimmer. Anfänglich hat die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert. (30 Grad). Wir mussten kämpfen um in ein anderes Zimmer wechseln zu können, was schlussendlich geklappt hat. Personal war zu jederzeit sehr hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Danke diesen tollen Angestellten an der Rezeption.

Cons:

Frühstücksraum war schon am frühen Morgen nicht abgeräumt. Tische wurden nicht gereinigt.
