gute Lage, freundliches Personal, okayes Frühstück

Cons:

Sauberkeit im Zimmer mieserabel. überall staubig, das Bad hatte noch vereinzelt Haare in der Badewanne und am Boden. Auf dem Teppich waren sichtbare Flecken von Hundeurin. Der Balkon war zugeschlossen und sah aus wie eine Ruine.

The parking was issue, they did not have enough space and we force to park far from hotel itself.

Pros:

Good staff and checkin experience.
Convenient parking lot
Sparkling water on tap in the nicely decorated lobby ;)

Cons:

No air conditioning in the Tower rooms, only 'climate control' which couldn't be adjusted to get the room sufficiently
cool during a heatwave.
Staff were nice to come up and look at it though and to provide a fan for us which helped..

Parking was very tight to get in and out of but was conveniently located adjacent.

Prima accomodatie voor een bezoek aan Rotterdam.
Pros:

Lokatie was prima dicht bij de diverse plaatsen die we wilde bezoeken.

Cons:

Nadeel de diverse trapjes in het gebouw. Maar er was hulp en gehoor zodat het verblijf toch prettig is verlopen en ook bij een volgend bezoek aan Rotterdam zal worden geboekt.

Very bad never go there again!

It was fully booked even overbooked with sport teams from various countries which created a very noisy atmosphere and an overcrowded breakfast buffet with several items on the buffet missing or finished and not refilled, cutlery missing, plates finished. Difficult to find a seat.
A very bad experience even the staff agreed with me that this was a very bad situation.
This is not what you expect nor what I experienced in previous stays.
It looked more like a youth hostel with guests eating their meals bought at the local supermarket using cutlery and plates from the hotel restaurant and they were very loud and rude to staff members.
You can share this review with the Bilderberg group of Hotels.

Itinerar cultural.
Pros:

Cameră mare, cu dotările corespunzătoare clasificării, birou, măsuță cu 2 fololii, vedere la strada principală, aer condiționat, frigider. Acces relativ rapid în toate direcțiile.

Cons:

Poate dacă ne luam și micul dejun...

Goed personeel. Service ingesteld.

Cons:

Hygiëne. Volle asbak op balkon. Is na klacht gelijk verwijderd. Dode vliegen in het raamkozijn. Een warme badkamer door de buizen. Koelkast en koeling gingen op een min stand tijdens nachtelijke uren.

Perfect stay in the city!
Pros:

Very nice staff, super clean, good value and perfect location.
