Shower and toilet didn't work, couldn't find the aconfirmstion, was given double instead of king

The bed was comfortable, and the staff was friendly.
There was no soap in our room, although they came right away with some when I called the desk. We didn’t like the sink in the hallway, with the toilet and shower in another room. The toilet was very low. The shower had a slippery floor, with nothing to hold onto.
The front desk staff members were very friendly and helpful ... among the best I've encountered in my travels. But sadly, our experience at this Four Points was marred by a neighboring room's television incessantly blasting through the wall. Had we had quiet neighbors (or no neighbors) our stay would have been much more pleasant. It did not occur during designated weekend late quiet hours, so we did not register a formal complaint. But it was highly annoying. Suffice it to say the rooms are not soundproof. The location of the hotel was convenient for our Allentown activities.
Room was cozy, staff was helpful
We didn't have hot water, it was only like warm. The fridge in the room froze all out drinks over night.
I stayed here for two nights for a business visit. The Four Points was one of hotels they had recommended.
Check-in was fairly easy. Staff were very friendly, and the front desk manager gave us free drink tokens because she appreciated that a group of us booked the property.
The hotel is in good and clean condition, and pretty much matches the Four Points standard look. It's very more traditional looking room and very large. I didn't notice any noise issues. WiFi worked fine.
I did go to the restaurant in the hotel (Linx), and it was better than I had expected. The food was decent, and service was good enough (but a bit slow).
As it had been snowing the past week, I couldn't really tell if anything was within easy walking distance, but plenty of restaurants within a 5-10min drive.
Overall, it pretty much met expectations for the brand. No complaints. If in the area, I would consider returning.
