I can’t express how wonderful my experience has been at Sheraton Suites Fort Lauderdale! To start my check-in was fast and great. I opted for an early check-in where I met Brighton and Wendy instantly they welcomed me and made me feel at home and comfortable. They were so warm and accommodating. I knew from then on that I was going to have the most amazing day. The hotel lobby is absolutely beautiful. There’s a wonderful bar a dining area that host a breakfast buffet, even Starbucks! There are lots of lounge spaces and outdoor seating with a beautiful fountain to greet you when you enter. Everyone was so nice and polite. It really felt like I was ushered into the space, not to mention all of the common areas are immaculate.
My room was amazing a lovely comfortable king size bed with a spacious bathroom with double sink. The water pressure was perfect.. There was a living room with a sofa, work desk and a small table which overlooked the plaza that was attached to the back of the hotel. In the plaza there are many dining options and nightlife venues where you could go if you wanted to explore there’s also a shuttle (Hi Telisha!)that goes to the mall which is five minutes away from the hotel.

The rooftop pool is heated and when I went to work out in the gym, it was simple but very clean all of the equipment was working order. I can’t express enough how accommodating and kind the team at Sheraton suites are. I will be staying there every time I visit Florida. Thank you Wendy! You are the best!!!

Great location

definitely not a 4 star. Gave me a room with 2 queens instead of the king I reserved. promised to fix it. My plans for sunday were interrupted when I returned to the hotel by the time they insisted to change rooms and then a new room wasn't even available. Waited 3 hours, then was offered a moldy room which I did not accept. they said they would comp breakfast for the inconvenience. then they charged me. hotel food was not good and restaurant wait staff were not friendly or helpful. half of the front desk staff were friendly and half were a bit rude. room was clean, but furnishings are old and wearing.

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Suites Fort Lauderdale Plantation and wanted to take a moment to recognize the people who made the experience memorable.

The staff here are genuinely kind and helpful across the board, but Bryton at the front desk deserves special recognition. After a long and tough day of work, even the simplest interactions can feel exhausting. Somehow, Bryton turned those routine moments into highlights. He was thoughtful, warm, and effortlessly engaging. His kindness truly brightened my day.

When I later learned his name was Bryton, I couldn’t help but laugh because he absolutely lives up to it. He really does “brighten” the place. Sheraton is lucky to have him.

I do want to be transparent that my rating is purely because of the service and the people. The hotel itself, in my opinion, is closer to a 3. The rooms are quite dated, and the floors and hallways are in real need of updating. The rooftop pool and hot tub are beautiful, but they close earlier than expected. The hotel bar also shuts down early, although it was convenient that beverages were available for purchase in the market.

The physical space could definitely use some love, but the hospitality absolutely stands out. Thank you again to Bryton and the entire team for making my stay a bright spot.

My stay was great! Special thanks to the Frontline staff and managers Dashon, Caroline and Dionte. They made my stay comfortable and were very helpful. The location of the hotel was ideal for all my destinations. We stayed in a King suite and the room was clean, the towels and amenities were accessible and effective. The housekeeping department did a great job of ensuring our sheets and towels were cleaned, and the room was tidy. The cost to stay per night was very reasonable I look forward to booking with Sheraton Suites in the future. Thank you for the comfortable stay.
