Upset with Sheraton
Pros:

Im so disappointed in this Sheraton. I am a Bonvoy member and have never had issues. I booked the club room as usual but upon arrival I was told no club room on weekends. Then the pool does not work
I had an employee come several weeks ago and they were told it would be a few days. Finally I asked for an accommodation room which I did ger but on the opposite side of the hotel and with a bad knee it was not good.

Delightful , wonderful service , must visit
Pros:

My family and I had an exceptional weekend getaway. The atmosphere was peaceful, the property was clean and well-maintained, and the service was outstanding. A special thank you to Janerio, the bartender, whose friendliness and professionalism made our experience even more enjoyable. Overall, our stay was a 10/10 experience, and we look forward to returning in the future.

Best service (as a Corporate Chef) in the State. Tony needs recognition.

I’m Chef for the State…
I work as a Food Broker Currently.
I’m here for the CBI food show at the Brevard County Convention Center.
I’m also a former NY’r who’s Classically Trained at French Culinary Institute, and worked the NYC Fine-Dining circuit for years.
With that said; I know F&B….
Tony the Bartender is a ROCKSTAR!!!!!
His service is impeccable and his smile is contagious.
This man provides customer service thats not common today.
Honestly, I remembered him from last year, and as we spoke, he remembered me too.
Lol, great service and he remembered my name a year later!!!!!
