Pros:

The stay was amazing, the atmosphere 10/10 very clean . The staff were friendly. The noise level was moderate. The atmosphere was very nice . One highlight of my trip was the service from the bartender Janerio very pleasant and knowledgeable about the product and he makes amazing drinks .
Overall my stay was amazing and will definitely be back.

Pros:

Had a fantastic stay at the Sheraton Suites Fort Lauderdale West. The hotel was excellent from start to finish. The suite was spacious, very clean, and extremely comfortable, with a big comfy bed and great pillows that made it easy to relax after long days.

The gym facilities were really good, the food was enjoyable throughout the stay, and the location was convenient for getting around the area. Staff were friendly and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming and professional.

The only slight downside was that the shop downstairs was quite expensive, but aside from that, everything else was spot on. Will definitely be looking forward to a stay again and highly recommend it.

Pros:

Sheraton Suites Fort Lauderdale Plantation is the perfect place to unwind while conducting a few business meetings. The amenities & accommodations are highly satisfactory. Every time I frequent this hotel, I find great customer service, customer-focused treatment and a positive / clean environment to unwind and work. Wendy & Alejandra are among a few faces that make each trip to Sheraton Suites worth while. Their inviting demeanor and customer-focused mannerism keeps me coming back time after time. It's not a fancy Michelin-listed hotel, but the customer service is unmatched.

Cons:

El primer día no hicieron la limpieza de las habitaciones y los 2 días posteriores únicamente cumplieron con tender las camas, el servicio de limpieza pésimo.
