Wendy is amazing at the front desk!! Honestly the staff here is very personable and helpful. She answered all of my questions and gave me a good laugh. I’d really recommend staying here if you ever visit the area!!

The staff were friendly , the hotel itself was clean and welcoming . The bartender Janerio was a delightful bartender. He was very attentive and polite. The bathrooms were clean and spacious and the rooms were extremely comfortable .I feel as if the value for the stay was well worth it.This hotel also had a Starbucks. In the area of this hotel they had many restaurants and great food places.Overall I had an amazing time.

During my visit I'm met a young man who was very accommodating and customer service was very exceptional. His name is Janerio, he was working three position at once but he made sure everyone was served . I really pray that yall hire more staff. As far as I can say he is deserving of a raise.He is a very good staff and people like that doesn't comes around rarely. Oh, and the bathroom was top tier. the location was central to a mall and food options . The hotel is clean and noise level is moderate . I loved my stay here and will be back because of the amazing service .

This hotel is amazing, close to broward mall and located in shopping plaza. The room was clean and specious. Dashawn, Wendy and Sasha provided great a customer service experience. They were friendly, efficient and informative. The pool was located on the rooftop. See yall next time

Mary at the front desk was amazing. She was very nice and helpful with assisting me and my friends with a last minute booking after a horrible air bnb experience. Mary was very warm, understanding and caring. She deserves major recognition (and a raise :))!

I stayed at the Sheraton Hotel in Plantation from **July 6th through July 22nd**. Overall, my experience was okay, but there were a few things that left me disappointed.

One of the front desk representatives was not customer service-friendly at all. She made me feel as though I was staying at the hotel for free instead of being a paying guest. Her attitude came across as unprofessional, dismissive, and unwelcoming, which definitely affected my experience.

I brought my concerns to **Manager Michael**, hoping they would be addressed. Unfortunately, he only listened and offered no real support or resolution as a paying guest. I left that conversation feeling unheard and disappointed by the lack of concern for my experience.

On the positive side, several other staff members were courteous, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions or requests I had. Their professionalism and positive attitudes made a big difference and played a large part in my decision to extend my stay.

One experience that was especially disappointing was at breakfast. I wanted to take my leftovers back to my room, but I was refused a takeout container and told that wasn't allowed. I found that policy frustrating and disappointing.

That said, I have to give a special shout-out to **Nekayak Nikki  for going above and beyond. She consistently provided exceptional customer service, made me feel welcome, and genuinely cared about my experience. She is the main reason I stayed as long as I did. Sheraton truly has a gem on its team, and I hope her hard work and dedication are recognized.**

As for whether I would return, I'm honestly undecided. While there were some positive experiences, the inconsistent customer service, the lack of support from management, and the breakfast incident have given me something to think about. I hope the hotel takes guest feedback seriously because the outstanding employees deserve to work in an environment where excellent service is the standard.

Sincerly, someone who could have gone to a different hotel.

Pool and gym are on 9 th floor and must use key to get in so the facility is safe. They have complimentary flavored ice water in lobby which came in handy coming in from the heat. Nice touch. Pet fee is a bit high.

I can express how much we enjoyed staying here. Wendy at the front desk was a god sent.
The staff at the restaurant/ bar were all very nice and just a pleasure to talk too. Not to mention the food was delicious.
Hotel was clean / rooms clean/ pool clean gym clean.
Highly recommend.

MMy wife and I enjoyed our stay it was a lovely hotel with a great view. When being checked-in, KynZeniah’s lovely smile and joyful demeanor made us feel really welcomed. We definitely look forward to coming back!

The property was very nice visually.

This might be one of the worst I’ve stayed at. Parking is across the street, my door had to have engineering come work on it and finally when I was ready for a shower it was freezing cold. I work out of town about 190 days out of the year and I typically stay at Marriott’s and this one was the worst honestly. Here it is 9pm and I can’t even shower without freezing.

Kynzeniah provided me great customer service when checking me in and i really enjoyed the stay, it was beautiful.

Me and my daughter recently stayed with you guys and the hotel was phenomenal! The guest services were great, especially Kynzeniah's service. She was all smiles and nothing but the best of help when we we're checking in. We look forward to coming back!
