Phenomenal
Pros:

Everything was very clean and a lot of the restaurants were super close. Lots of things to do for fun

No complains here honestly it was perfect

Won’t stay there again due to the front desk staff.
Pros:

Beds were comfortable, hotel is quiet.

Cons:

They did not meet the 4 pm check in time. We finally got a room at 5:15. No one apologized or gave any compensation.

C’est trop tard et le personnel

Ils nous ont facturé les 3 matins de breakfast alors qu’ils étaient inclus
Ils ne nous ont pas donné les clés des chambres au moment du Check in
Au breakfast 3 jours de suite la même chose pas de jambon pas de fromage
Les patates sont restés pendant 3 h dans le même récipient
La table à côté de nous après qu’il avait fini de manger ils ont juste remplacé les verres et les couverts ils n’ ont même pas
Nettoyer les sets de table ils ont redressé directement sur les miettes de pain
Jus orange en brique j’ai demandé un jus d’orange frais il n’en avait pas
Un Sheraton quoi !!!!!
Nous avions une adolescente avec nous
Qui à utilisé le sofa bed c’était précisé dans la réservation le lit n’était même pas prêt on a dû le faire nous même

We had lodging
Cons:

Room was not available when we arrived. We took a queen room which ended up to be two full size beds. We were understanding breakfast was included, it was not. We do the research but for some reason our requests are not fulfilled.

Nice Suites at Plantation
Pros:

The heated pool was nice. The room is cleaned and I do like the layout of the room. The staffs were helpful and the food was good on the fish dish.

Cons:

The furnitures need updated and the bed mattress is kind on the soft side. Even though there is a lot of restaurants nearby and a mall it is kind of far to downtown Fort Lauderdale. You need to take Uber or drive there if you have a car. It isn’t within walking distance or has a free trolley or metro mover like in Miami to get around town and South Beach.

Pros:

I called first to gain information before I checked in and spoke with a pleasant lady named Mrs. Wendy. She was very helpful and courteous. When I arrived to the hotel I was greeted by Mrs. Wendy with me and my family. The lobby was very clean. The stay was good but Mrs. Wendy’s customer service was a 20/10. I would stay again as long as I can have great service like hers….

Excellent customer service, Bryton, Comfortable hotel A Must Stay!
Pros:

I brought my mom to Florida to celebrate her 84th birthday. Our stay at the Sheraton in Plantation was the highlight of our trip. The location of the hotel was walking distance to shopping, and great places to eat. The hotel room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The pool on the rooftop was an unexpected treat. The best part of the stay had to be Bryton at the front desk. He was so kind to my mom and made sure she felt valued. He sent up a bottle of wine with a nice card for her birthday, he also took care of every detail to make our stay wonderful!

Not bad for a short stay
Pros:

Stayed the night before a cruise. The room was dated but clean apart from a smell which could of been stail smoke. Large shower with plenty of hot water. The hotel has a bar and restaurant but we did not use them. There are plenty of bars/restaurants in the area around the hotel. Not bad for a short stay.
