Scary place, don’t stay there!!!
Pros:

The interior is not the worst, but it wasn’t clean

Cons:

Scary people live there, screaming through wall, fighting all night. I was afraid to call front desk, because you the become the target or second choice leave to where in the middle of the night. I started reading comments from previous guests, this isn’t a real functioning hotel. Highly stressful very little sleep. Should not be operating as a hotel. Not safe

Disgusting, dirty, and unmaintained facility.
Pros:

Disgusting carpets, smelly, and an obviously failing and leaky roof. Neglected facility to avoid!

Cons:

They collect a $100 deposit without warning at check-in. I’ve stated multiple times and had to fight tooth and nail to get that back. They claim it’s “your bank” but its them not processing the refund.
