Spectacular!
Pros:

No words can describe the quality of this hotel, as it definitely sets the industry standard for all the others. Rooms are amazing, my number 1 commend goes out to the staff, front desk had great guest relations, facilitating all requests. Security and conscierege staff are perhaps the most pleasant staff members in those position, that I have met worldwide. Cleanliness is spectacular, views are out of this world. Make sure to choose the corner rooms if available, it is worth it, if you are locating your self above Times Square.

Cons:

The service at the hotel bar is extremely slow, regardless of the number of customers present, which can be tricky in the mornings if you want to take a coffee and end up being late for your meetings.

Really excellent.
Pros:

The view. The bed was super comfy.
The shower and mirror was incredible, and the overall cleanliness: majority of staff were super polite, friendly and helpful.

Cons:

No option for food from Cafe to be served to room. The food was amazing, and after a long day of exploring the option of having some items from the menu at the cafe to us in our room (specifically the barratta and the roast chicken!! ((Yum!!)) would have been amazing.
