Amazing Room and Excellent Service
Pros:

The corner room overlooking Times Square was amazing! It was cleaned every day, and the staff were always incredibly attentive and thoughtful. We also appreciated the gym, which was well-equipped.

Perfection. It was simply perfection.
Pros:

From the valet when we got there (Dino) to the check-in service and throughout the entire stay your staff was phenomenal! They were kind, professional and made us feel very valued. We had a fantastic stay. This was our 2nd time staying with you and the whole family said on the way back that the 'next time' we had to stay at Tempo again. Kudos for running an incredible hotel. Thank you for the memories!

Cons:

Everything was great! No complaints!

Cons:

They did not have a room for me when I arrived. There was a water pipe burst a day earlier, and they ran out of rooms. But I arrived at 10:30pm and they should have had alternative arrangements ready. Waited an hour, and they didn't have a solution. I changed hotels.
