Pros:

This hotel was by far the best hotel we’ve stayed at in NYC…. It’s clean and the staff were helpful and friendly… we got a room with a view and whenever we stay here that will be the only room we book … can’t wait for our next trip we came down for a concert so we only stayed one night but our next stay will definitely be longer .

Cons:

I just wish it was a better selection for breakfast

Touristy hotel, small rooms
Pros:

Great if you want to stay in the centre. Nice looking entrance great staff. Quick elevators.

Cons:

The breakfast. Long waiting and when you do get a table you eat with plastic forks and knives and plates, whilst drinking out of a paper straw.
Also very small rooms! Cannot open your suitcase, no wardrobe…

Great location and lovely food in the restaurant
Pros:

We have been to this hotel before and knew the layout etc. We liked the big comfy bed and spacious room as well as being on a high floor (35) as less traffic noise etc

Cons:

We had a housekeeping issue with the bedding however this was quickly resolved to our satisfaction.

Pros:

In my email from booking which says that they require a payment it was noted that my reservation will not be cancelled and that I can still pay at property.
When I came at the hotel they said reservation is cancelled and I needed to find another hotel.
