A wonderful stay in the city! Would stay again!

Very close to what we were doing in Des Moines!

Cons:

The AC didn’t seem to work as well as we had hoped.., got a little warm in our room but other than that, everything was great.

Over all stay was great. Only reason I didn’t give every one excellent was because of not having the shuttle.
Pros:

This year we had a great room, the staff was wonderful. One of the gentleman working even opened up the conference room for all of us wrestling folks staying there be able to watch the last of the matches for Friday night.
The breakfast was good and this year wasn’t so cold down there. For myself I loved the store that has Starbucks coffee you can make your own( my opinion the coffee in room is not good).

Cons:

The main complaint this year was no shuttle. It was too cold to walk with a little one.

Great location and the room was very spacious

Cons:

It needs more elevators or stairs to access the floors. It was a nightmare trying to wait for elevators that were overcrowded.

Love this palce.
Pros:

Love the omelets. Huge room, comfy beds, quite, great location. Their signature center courtyard always creates a connection and fun energy. Evening happy hour is always appreciated and brings every one out.

Wonderful staff & food. However for $355+ per night we felt the cleanliness of the room could have been better. Room needed a deep thorough cleaning.
