Not easy to find free parking around
The staff was very helpful. We were there for a marathon and we ended up ordering food to eat at the hotel. As soon as we set up our food in the area, the staff brought a garbage can for our use and were so helpful!!!

The rooms were disgusting. Smelled like a locker room. Mold in the bathroom. Long red hairs on our bedsheets (non of us have that color hair); wallpaper coming off the bathroom. No exhaust fan for the bathroom, which is a code violation in commercial restrooms. The pull-out couch bed was also dirty and stained. I felt bad for my kids having to sleep on it. The mattresses for the beds are uncomfortable. They are old, heavily used, and the springs poke you as you sleep. We paid for the downtown experience but the room was an utter disappointment.

Everything was extremely outdated, dirty and rusted. The tub had rust all around the drain. The pull out couch had old food and chips and candy from previous guests. The walls were dirty. The breakfast was horrible.
The room was nice sized. The breakfast was good, the omelet station was really good. The buffet was pretty limited to what the Embassy usually has.
The valet service was exceptional. Although $38 a night seems a little steep for the service.
The room was very worn The carpet was threadbare in a couple of places. The Two TVs are small and the reception in the sitting room was poor. The bed was lumpy, soft and rolled both parties to the center of the bed. The refrigerator wasn't very cold and I didn't see a control to turn it down.
The most annoying thing was the HVAC system. It was loud and only had an auto setting so the a/c and furnace were always running against each other unless I shut the whole system off, which I did several times. Even when I put the fan to the low setting it would kick it back on high when it switched itself on. Temperature control and sound were almost impossible to deal with.

It was dirty, the flooring needed replacing in the elevator, all the chairs had a sticky feel
To them and my shower drain was plugged. It is just a little rundown to be a Hilton
I was very impressed with the staff from the front desk to the bar to the breakfast staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Also super kid friendly, the balloon lady was an excellent touch.
Breakfast was great. Location was perfect. Walked to dinner and the Civic Center.
Room could use a deep cleaning. Spots of mold on shower wall. Spider webs in some corners. Stale smell to the room. Running the A/C helped with the smell. Sofa in room had some stains and odors.
The location was great. We were able to walk to the places we planned on going to.

Bookins.com quoted $224. Charged $249 at checkout. They advertise HBO but doesn't furnish HBO Movies. Old, antiquated and dated facility such as rooms.
