Uneven stay great front desk and shuttle staff poor nights sleep

Location and helpful and pleasant staff

Cons:

It is all about the bed which was barely passable. They need to invest in new beds. Plus walls are thin and not sound proof

Excellent and highly recommended to those who like to be near airport.
Pros:

Friendly staff, we are family of 4 and we feel home and looked after. The airport shuttle that picked us from the airport then brings us to Westfield shopping center and light rail station was a bonus. Hector and Emilio are so kind and friendly, as well as the receptionists.

Cons:

It’s great if you want to be near airport but 1 hour to downtown via light rail. Not good for money value as same price if you want to stay downtown.
