old carpet, not clean. Old windows, not clean, can't open or close, noisy outside. Old toilet ....
Loved the staff, Annabelle on the front desk war exceptional looking after us. Breakfast was amazing good choice again very friendly staff. Love the leisure facilities.
The room was too hot even with the window open and the fan on. I realise not a lot can be done but it is a factor that would put me off staying again as we didn’t sleep well both nights.
The staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was very spacious and the bed was very comfy. Breakfast was delicious. Great value for the money.

The staff. The breakfast.
The outside noise from traffic(I understand that can't be helped). The music from the club down stairs kept us awake all night. Also reported a problem in the room and no one responded.

Location for the station
Overall cleanliness and maintenance of the room is not good, the whole place needs refurbished. The view from my room was a pigeon infested roof of the train station. Breakfast was buffet style where everything was dried out.there was no usb plug sockets in the room.
No air con fire alarm and evacuated and sheet was dirty
It's central location
It didn't gave air conditioning and we had to ask for a fan for our room on a really hot day.
