The staff was tremendous and the manager very personable.

I liked the location. I'm a runner so the track and the trails nearby was a big win! Many food options nearby as well!
No complaints about the Hotel.
Room was decently clean. Man at desk at check in was great.
Staff was rushing me to check out at 10:15 am. My room key was deactivated at 10:50 am with some of my items still in the room. And I was charged twice for the $150 cleaning deposit. The deposit always returns to my account after a few days. Wondering why the charge was taken twice.
Receptionist very efficient and professional. Beds were comfortable with good, clean linens. Comfortable easy chair. We didn't swim, but the pool was clean and inviting. Considering the Northway runs past the motel, it couldn't be heard in the night.
Overall our room was clean, but all around the perimeter of the room has not been vacuumed. The heater was loud when it turned on in the night. There are lots of small damaged areas to ceiling tiles, door trim, room corners and exterior doors that gives an impression of DIY maintenance. Exterior landscaping had some trash in it, dog walking grass area had small shards of broken glass. there was a derelict van parked off alone at the edge of the lot that gave off the appearance of being abandoned. Within the powerline right of way, near the van behind some brush ,was a fairly large camping tent set up with jugs of water nearby, making me think someone is squatting there. We did not eat the free breakfast because it was not impressive.

Very pleased with everything, grounds are well kept, nicely appointed lobby/check-in area, dining area is kept clean and is also nicely appointed. room and bathroom areas exceptionally clean, beds comfortable. Staff very courteous and helpful. We've stayed here several times and it is our go-to for all future visits to the area.
I was under the impression this was a motel but it actually it's not it is a hotel a very good quality Hotel

One of the staff assuming things about me and now I can't go there for a year.. also said I had to much company but it was ok for people to be fighting all night and day..
It was a very nice experience l would definitely go again and my little dog loved it also thank you for everything
Location is great your out of the way from the main roads but only a ten min walk away it is quiet peaceful the employees are freindly and caring
That it is not a long term place so I was unable to get a monthly rate

Le petit déjeuner, la chambre était faite mais était vraiment sale, il faisait très froid dans la chambre on a voulu mettre le chauffage mais c'était vraiment bruyant et ça faisait trop d'air. Les murs sont en papier, le robinet du lavabo trop court, la baignoire bouchée...
