L'hôtel est très bien dans l'ensemble , près du centre de Zagreb. Lobby imposant, Parking souterrain facile.

J'ai moins aprécié le côté très impersonnel et froid des chambres et des couloirs. Cela mériterait un peu de décoratrion.
Hotel je na dobroj lokaciji,osoblje je ljubazno i doručak je jako dobar ,kakav i treba biti u hotelu s 5 zvjezdica.
Wellness me jako razočarao.Ne mogu vjerovati da u wellnesu nema vode za piće,da ne govorim da bi eventualno mogao biti čaj ,voće i slićno i onda mi još osoblje kaže da se mogu na slavini u svlačioni napiti?!Postoji neki hladnjak gdje se piće moze kupiti ali ne na sobu nego moram imati gotovinu u sebe.
Katastrofa!
Hotel sam izabrala jer ima wellnes koji me jako razočarao,osjeti se neugodan miris u tuš kabinama i nema vode za piće.
Ottimo Albergo. TUTTO OK.
