Pros:

Perfect location of the hotel. Very close to main station and to city centre, actually in between. Comfortable rooms and facilities. Friendly and caring staff.

An absoloute gem hotel in zagreb
Pros:

Top class service, top class hotel at very fair price. The staff are very kind especially those in the tassimo resteraunt, its like being in a mitchellin star resteraunt. The bed is literally enormous it can fit like 5 fat people on it. Loads of english channels on tv. The pool is very good and the gym is top class.

Cons:

All the treadmills in the gym didnt work but everything else was perfect

La struttura in generale, la zona colazione, la hall ed il bar.
Personale molto disponibile.

Cons:

La nostra camera era adiacente ad un corridoio dove transita il personale con i carrelli per la pulizia delle camere, il pavimento di questo corridoio è in piastrelle di conseguenza il rumore, soprattutto all'alba, è molto fastidioso.

Hotel ist zu empfehlen
Pros:

Lage ist sehr gut. Personal und Service sehr gut. Frühstück wäre nicht schlecht, wenn es mehr Auswahl an Früchten geben würde, ansonst in Ordnung, Gute Auswahl an verschiedenen Brotsorten. Kaffee konnte individuell bestellt werden.

Cons:

Check in dauerte ziemlich lange, aber wir konnten an der Bar warten.
