Großer Reinfall, nie wieder!

Das Hotel ist komplett verstaubt, altbacken, die Bäder waren furchtbar! Zu eng, die Toilette hatte einen sehr alten Klodeckel den durfte man nicht fallen lassen, die Schampoos waren in dunkelbraunen 1/2 L Plastikflaschen… das Hotel stellte uns täglich kleine Plastik Flaschen Jana hin… die Wände waren schmutzig!! Die Handtücher waren zerfetzt und alt!
Das Zimmer hat sehr gemüffelt! Die Fenster waren stark verschmutzt! Der Dreck war sehr stark!
Keinen hacken zum aufhängen von Bademantel.

Great hotel with great breakfast in the city centre
Pros:

The hotel is nicely situated in the city centre, but far enough for a normal car traffic so you are not in the pedestrian area. Some 10 minutes to the main square. The hotel has a really big garage where you can park your car, although it's really expensive (20 euro per day). The hotel is big and has a small but functional spa area, although the pool was not working. The Wifi was good and the room was spacious, the only issue is that you cannot open the window so the air can get a bit stale. The breakfast was superb! There's a huge variety and you can also order additional items from the menu and the staff is really polite and fast.

Cons:

For this type of hotel, the spa area is a bit small and has basically only two saunas, as well as the pool, which unfortunately didn't work, and no one informed us about it beforehand. It's an OK thing that the hotel offers free transfer to their other hotel (Westin) where the guest can use their pool free of charge, which is some 10 minutes by car. Unfortunately, the pool in another hotel is not up to the Sheraton standard that we expected.

Gute Lage nahe dem Zentrum. Freundliches Personal. Gutes Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis. Garage im Haus (kostet 20 pro Tag).

Cons:

Abgewohnt, u.a. Schimmel an Silikondichtungen im Bad, lockere Duschhalterung. Frühstücks Raum ist schmucklos, erinnert mehr an eine Ausspeisung, insbesondere die "nackten" Tische. Wurst-, Schinken und Käse liegen so ungeschützt herum dass nur ein Huster eines Kranken reicht und alle ...

Excellent, high quality, hotel - close to main square and shopping
Pros:

For a wonderful 5-star classic Central European experience, stay here. Prices are reasonable and if you want, opt for a suite on a high floor. I was in room 609 for six nights and loved it. It is a corner room with lots of light from the extra side windows. Though it is sold as a “city view”, because of the configuration of the roof line on the floor below, all you see is the neighborhood’s rooftops, which is not a bad thing. The floor is quiet, housekeeping was excellent and rooms are serviced twice a day,,.

The buffet breakfast is one of the best I have encountered. There are two coffee machines - one with regular coffees (cappuccinos, lattes, etc) and the other offering the same drinks, but made with expresso coffee. They have fresh juices, halal and gluten free offerings and lovely bread/muffin selection. And Miss Dragica, buffet receptionist, is one of the most friendly and helpful woman I encountered at the hotel. It is a pleasure to encounter her each morning.

Reception staff is friendly and helpful.

There is a tram stop just a one minute walk away, though it is easy to walk to the main square, pedestrian area and shopping.

I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
