Hotel bonito e bem localizado, uma ótima opção em Zagreb!
Pros:

O hotel é lindo, o café da manhã é muito bom, bem delicioso e com muitas opções, o quarto é silencioso e confortável, cama deliciosa. A equipe tanto na recepção como no café da manhã é muito simpática e atenciosa. Atenderam ao nosso pedido de quarto no último andar em local silencioso. O hall de entrada é bem glamouroso, tem piscina e solarium.

Cons:

Do banheiro, que vaza água no banho e ter banheira foi algo desconfortável para nós.
Da piscina aquecida que de aquecida pouco tem, é fria e não é gostosa para aproveitar para relaxar no final do dia.
E de ter muita gente de manhã para conseguir lugar no café da manhã, na verdade tem 2 salões e não faltam mesas, mas o salão principal é aconchegante e prático para pegar as coisas e esse estava sempre lotado. A climatização no outro salão incomodava um pouco, era muito fria.

Great but..
Pros:

The staff were welcoming and friendly, and the rooms were clean. The bar staff were particularly warm and welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

I stayed for several nights. However, there was an unpleasant smell in the room on the first evening, although it had disappeared by the following day.

Cons:

The pool water was very cold, making it difficult to stay in for more than five minutes.

The spa could also be improved, as there were no essential oils or body scrubs available.

Pros:

Really nice breakfast. The gym was outstanding. Came to the conclusion that many athletes stay there (water polo team during out stay) so I guess that it can be crowded at some times. No problem when we were there.

Cons:

Broken hanger on toilet. No big deal, but looks really bad at a Sheraton hotel.

Only location is good and breakfast.

Cons:

You pay 20€ per day for parking then you spend 20 minutes to find spot to park and it’s to small, all tickets that you get for out and in it’s not working, on my complaint on reception they say mister impossible that is not working tray again and again not working. Two days in the rows, I didn’t remember receptionist’s names.
I make reservations for room with view on town and I get view on building on side street.
The bathroom is old, the shower leaks everywhere, and the handles are broken; it looks truly dilapidated—quite shameful for a hotel with such a name. I regret not taking photos to show you. I stayed in room 525.

Cons:

Disappointing experience for a 5-star hotel

Unfortunately, Sheraton Zagreb fell well below our expectations for a five-star hotel.

The hotel is outdated, visibly worn, and in serious need of renovation. And this is not limited to the guest rooms. The corridors are poorly maintained, with stained carpets, scuffed walls, and even cobwebs around some of the light fixtures. The overall impression is one of neglect rather than the comfort and attention to detail you would expect from a five-star property.

Housekeeping standards in the common areas are also disappointing. Empty glasses and bottles left outside rooms after room service remained in the corridors for more than 24 hours, despite housekeeping staff regularly passing by. It is difficult to understand how such obvious mess can go unnoticed or unaddressed for so long.

The rooms themselves are tired and visibly worn, with no minibar, kettle, or coffee machine — basic amenities I would expect from a hotel of this category.

Our experience started particularly badly. We were initially given a room on the second floor with a terrible smell and windows that could not be opened. After complaining at reception, we asked to be moved to another room. The manager initially told us that no other rooms were available, despite Booking.com showing plenty of availability for the same dates.

Fortunately, a senior manager eventually stepped in and resolved the situation. We were moved to a room on the sixth floor with a window that could actually be opened. We appreciated the senior manager’s intervention, although it was frustrating that resolving such a basic issue required escalation.

Overall, the hotel feels more like a neglected, outdated four-star property than a genuine five-star experience. The worn-out interiors, poor cleanliness in common areas, lack of basic amenities, and initial handling of our complaint were all disappointing.
