- Great spa and pool facilities available free of charge for guests, with wide opening hours
- Excellent breakfast, with food options among the most diverse I have seen at hotels (including also an a la carte menu)
- Most staff members were quite polite and cordial
- The rooms and building are quite functional and clean, but there is an overall feeling of oldness and outdatedness (does not detract much from the experience though)

Al momento del check-in abbiamo dovuto aspettare quasi un’ora che la camera fosse pronta, nonostante fossimo arrivati dopo l’orario previsto e questa cosa mi ha molto infastidito. Quando poi si sono resi conto che mi stavo innervosendo, ci hanno assegnato un’altra camera. Poco professionali.
