Sheraton Zagreb, immer wieder gerne und kann ich absolut empfehlen!
Pros:

Das Personal ist durchwegs sehr freundlich, mehrsprachig und absolut bestrebt, den Aufenthalt zu einem sehr schönen Erlebnis zu gestalten. Die Saalverantwortliche für das Frühstück verdienst 5 von 5 Sternen für den Service und Aufnahme unserer Wünsche. Top. Ebenfalls das Team vom Empfang. Die Parkmöglichkeiten in der Tiefgarage sind tip top und ideal für größere Fahrzeuge.

Great place for a few days close to the city.

לא התאפשרה כניסה לבריכה מסיבה כפי שנמסר על ידי האחראי במקום שכל המתחם מופעל על ידי זכיין שעל פי ההסכם עם המלון מותרת הכניסה ל 8 אורחים המלון בלבד ואם ברצוני להכנס עליי להמתין שאורח אחר יצא . כעסתי ועזבתי ולא חזרתי שוב למתחם. עליי לציין שיש פה פגיעה בנו ובכם שאתם מציינים כניסה לבריכה (ואין תנאים). שלחתי מכתב למלון ואשלח גם לכם. אם אכן אלו ההוראות ונמנעו ממני שימוש במתקנים אתבע אותם ואותכם בהחזר כספי בהתאם.

Cons:

Reception staff were not at all helpful. Paula in particular was the worst ever. She was rude and unhelpful and appeared like we were an inconvenience to her.
The breakfast hot foods were cold every morning and the breakfast staff also had no personality.

Bel établissement
Pros:

Très bel établissement, avec un personnel accueillant. La chambre était confortable, très bien insonorisée, et la literie excellente. L’hôtel est bien situé, à proximité du tram et à environ 15 minutes à pied de la vieille ville.

Cons:

Grosse déception concernant l’accès à la piscine. Nous avions sélectionné cet hôtel notamment grâce au filtre “piscine”, pour un séjour d’une nuit, mais l’accès n’est pas garanti.
La piscine se trouve dans le centre de gym au 1er étage et le nombre de places est limité, avec apparemment un quota entre les abonnés de la salle de sport et les clients de l’hôtel. Nous n’avions qu’une petite heure pour en profiter, mais nous avons été refoulés faute de place.
Il serait utile que cette information soit indiquée plus clairement avant la réservation, car pour les personnes qui choisissent cet établissement pour la piscine, rien n’est sûr.
Autre point négatif : le support de gel douche, collé à la paroi de douche, s’est décollé et cassé en tombant.

Odlična lokacija, par minuta hoda do glavnog trga.

Cons:

Jedini minus u ovom hotelu ja radna "uniforma" osoblja u baru!
