Great value and great place to stay in Zagreb. Very central location and hotel was really nice.
Pros:

Great location. Walkable to other areas in the city center. Hotel amenities were very nice. Good parking and a good breakfast.

Pros:

It’s very central; incredibly clean. Staff were delightful. The restaurant was lovely & the waiting staff are a joy.

Confort des chambres, petit déjeuner

Cons:

Accès limité à la piscine à partir de 11 personnes vraisemblablement (c'est ce qui nous a été dit). J'étais dans la piscine avec ma fille de 6 ans et mes deux filles de 15 et 17 ans se sont vu refuser l'accès sous prétexte d'une trop grande affluence. Nous étions 6 à nous baigner dans une piscine de 15/20 mètres sur 6.... C'est inacceptable. Nous avons informé la réception de ce problème, aucun retour ne nous a été fait. Si vous choisissez cet établissement pour vous détendre dans l'eau après une journée de visite, passez votre chemin.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Wir waren abends im Restaurant Tomassino. Leider waren wir dieses Mal von der Qualität der Speisen und deren Anrichtung auf der Platte nicht begeistert. Dies entspricht keinem 5 Sterne Niveau.

Cons:

Staff can be more friendly and especially body language. Also the hotel, especially the floors and corridor, needs renovation. Staff should be trained how to provide customer service and non verbal communication
