Great hotel to stay at! Everything you need is in the area.

Refrigerator dirty. No Water bottles , were not brought up later. Water line broke during/before breakfast on Saturday. No hot water available!

This was our second stay at the property, and we look forward to returning on future visits to Washington, D.C. The location is ideal for visiting our daughter, who is currently attending college in the area. We also appreciate the convenience and safety of the on-site parking. Thank you for another pleasant stay.

Internet was fine for what I needed

The location is great with easy access to the metro. The mall it is located in is empty and the doors and escalators get closed at 10:00 pm making access to the building difficult.

The young woman who checked us in spoke very quietly and we had to ask her to repeat everything. We are in our 50's but not deaf and don't usually have trouble hearing. She then gave us an incorrect number of drink and breakfast tickets but once we got all of that fixed the stay was excellent as always with Embassy Suites. This location is right at the metro station but the signs from the station to the hotel were awful. Again once we figured olut the 3 elevator system yes 3 elevators it was great. Great area around hotel with places to eat and shop. If I ever return to the area I would stay again for sure.

Services were very poor. Front desk person customer service skills were extremely poor. With exception of managers Happy Hour Special, the were no bar services before 4 and after 7. Had to get toilet paper from inside women’s restroom, none in men’s restroom. Escalators were turned off at 10 every night, liability law suite waiting to happen. Hotel Managements response to everything was because of Covid. Spent six nights here for our son’s wedding, spent a lot of money here. Overall all experience was very poor.

The staff make this a great place to stay. Breakfast is beyond the usual-made to order omelettes and wonderful options. Happy hour also included. Pool and hot tub. Great location. The property is a bit dated in a former mall, but the location, perks and staff more than make up for it.

Staff is wonderful and accommodating

This stay was a disaster! The drinking glasses in my room had a roach in it. The front desk was not helpful. When i asked for any recommendations for restaurants the front desk person said they weren't from around the area and didn't know. the next morning the front desk had two employees that were having a very unprofessional verbal altercation, and i couldn't even approach to ask a question. The front desk staff also didn't have any answers about parking options for the hotel or the area. I used the "do not Disturb" sign for my room and someone came into my room and opened all the cupboards in the living room and kitchenette. The room keys would not open the fitness center, and the pool was always taken by swimming classes that keep the hotel guests out of the pool. This is the worst hotel i have ever stayed at.

The staff was very friendly! They were very helpful.the tub in the bathroom looks like the paint in The tub was chipping away. The mirror in the bathroom the mirror part was chipping away. When we went in and the room looked like it had not been dusted in a long while.

Excellent stay- staff was very friendly. Toilet handle in our room had a slight issue and would like to have had a stiffer pillow option.
All in all, we enjoyed the stay very much and would recommend to anyone.

A lot of issues with stay. Ridiculous. Manager not helping. Shower wouldn’t drain. Standing in dirty shower water is gross. Coffee maker area sink not draining either. Drains clogged. Disgusting.

It’s unfortunate that there was not a lot of stores in the mall area, the hotel itself was perfect, staff gro melt qnd accommodating. I would definitely stay her again if in the area, short drive to down town dc

Great stay!

Clean and comfortable

The staff at the lobby desk was superb - especially Cindy who went out of her way to assist me. Additionally, all the staff members I encountered ( housekeeping, staff at the dining room) were very accommodating & friendly. The only thing negative is the workout room is so very warm & no fans. The equipment is very good though.

By far the best stay I've ever had at a hotel. The staff is beyond friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is great and convenient. Everything is so clean and the beds are so comfortable.
