Pros:

The room was spacious and had an incredible view of the bay and surrounding islands. The restaurants and bar had impressive city and bay views. Food was excellent.

Pros:

The views, endless beautiful views, restaurant options within the hotel, the ferry to the island was also just outside the hotel,so lovely.

Cons:

The room size could have been a little bigger, for two big suitcases and two people. Also breakfast could have more western breakfast options, but not complaining,it's a big variety. The room lighting and fixtures might need an update.

The shuttle bus was very helpful.
The view from our room was beautiful.

Cons:

We chose that hotel because of spa and onsen. Unfortunately, spa is not open on Wednesdays and Thursday so we could only go there just after arriving there on Tuesday. Tattoos are prohibited in hot springs even if you have small one and you want to cover them so again we could not go there. What is more, after massage, service person made a note next to my name that I have some tattoos and that information was given to onsen personnel. That was violation of my privacy. Rooms have a beautiful view but there is no place to put your baggage, especially when you are traveling with a child and you need another bed. Service can’t speak English. There is so many restaurants but you have to make a reservation in advance, even if there is so many free tables to sit. Breakfast was very poor as for 4 star hotel. Gym and onsen is extra-charge.

Location good for exploring. Amazing views. Helpful staff. Astonishing hotel set up. Great food.

Cons:

No coin operated laundry. Shuttle bus could be more regular and frequent particularly early mornings and late afternoon.

Pros:

L'emplacement est idéal pour le calme et aller à l'île Itsukushima. La navette gratuite de l'hôtel permet d'aller en ville facilement. Il y a un spa. Le personnel est très agréable. La vue sur la mer est impressionnante si chambre avec vue sur mer. La propreté.
Les 3 restaurants à disposition.

Cons:

L'organisation du moment petit déjeuner au 23 ème étage entre 7hh15 et 9h est horrible.
Il faut attendre. C'est la bousculade pour atteindre les endroits où se servir. C'est vraiment dommage qu'un tel hôtel n'ait pas un service de qualité pour ce moment que je considère personnellement important.
Les personnels n'ont pratiquement aucune notion d'anglais notamment aux restaurants japonais et chinois.
