It was a wonderful experience

The apartment is clean and well presented. Its location also provides easy access to places of attraction and shopping opportunities for various items.

The frequency of public transportation; buses and Metro services; makes it easy to plan journeys and move around.

Pros:

The staff,guilio is a wounderful person on the reception he guide us and help us very well,the metro,the restaurant,the shoping aereas everthing.

Cons:

First of all they said it is 4 star which is absoulutely not a 4 star they have a bugs on the beds,all of us have a red spot on the body very next day,air condition is not working properly,friddge is not working at all,very limited choice for breakfast.
I worked 16 years in hospitality industry i know very well how to get a stars for your hotels.
I visited 3 city in italy others are not a 4 star but very good facilities very good staff and very nice locations.
But as i told the staff is exceptional and overall our stay in italy was great.

Hotel nella. Zona dove volevo essere, hall bella e spaziosa, personale gentile e disponibile

Cons:

Moquette al pavimento nei corridoi che si sentiva odore di polvere, camere di stile vecchio seppur ben tenute ed aria condizionata sopratutto all'ultimo piano. Molto rumorosa e bagno vecchio che l'acqua non scendeva. Non proprio un 4 stelle a mio avviso, forse di qualche decennio fa

Zonde van mijn geld.
Pros:

Lobby zag er modern en goed uit maar voor de rest een tegenvaller.

Cons:

Personeel te traag, onvriendelijk. Wij verbleven in een familiekamer kelder verdieping waarbij de hele nacht en dag trolley geluiden kwamen en niet goed konden slapen. Ontbijt was een zesje. Fruit en dergelijke was oud en verlept. Het eten in de restaurant was kortom verschrikkelijk, er werd oud olie gebruikt en het eten stonk daardoor naar rotte vis. Ook de pizza smaakte nergens naar.
