Pros:

The staff were helpful. The central location was very convenient to explore historical sites. We loved its proximity to patisseries and restaurants.

De garage behorende bij het hotel was niet bereikbaaar
Pros:

Midden in het centrum van Rouen. Desondanks zeer rustige kamer. De airo deed wat hij moest doen. Wel zo fijn als het buiten tropisch warm is. Het ontbijt was goed en de bedden lagen goed.

Cons:

We konden met geen mogelijkheid bij de parkeergarage van het hotel komen door een demonstratie. Het feit dat het hotel over een eigen parkeergarage beschikt, was juist de reden waarom we voor dit hotel hadden gekozen. Door het hotel is geen contact met ons opgenomen om ons hierover te informeren. Nu moesten we de nodige honderen meters lopen van een openbare parkeergarage naar het hotel. Veel tijd hierdoor kwijtgeraakt die we hadden willen besteden aan het bekijken van de oude binnenstad.

Ein tolles Hotel mitten im Zentrum
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine grandiose Lage mitten im Zentrum und ist dennoch ruhig. Es gibt ein tolles Frühstücks-Buffet in angenehmen Räumlichkeiten, die abends als Bar dienen.

Schone kamer en goede bedden. Een babybed stond al opgemaakt klaar.
Ook fijn dat we een kamer met een bad hadden.

Cons:

In het restaurant werd er niet gevraagd of wij wat te drinken wilden, terwijl we wel eten hadden besteld. Het eten was ook aan de lauwe kant.

One of the two elevators did not work. It was 86 degrees outside and our air conditioning did not work. Neither were repaired in the two days we stayed there.
