Great position in Rouen. Close to restaurants, shopping and Rouen cathedral.
Bar open late for a nice hot chocolate or drink on a cold evening
The room was a little dated but overall very clean and comfortable. The view from the room was a very tired looking courtyard. Workmen started doing noisy work outside around 8am

The most difficult issue was parking and location of hotel. Parking garage is a nightmare! The small pedestrian streets you must drive on with Bullard are very dangerous for driver and pedestrians!

Perfekte Lage direkt an der Kathedrale. Man konnte mit dem Auto durch die Fußgängerzone direkt in die Tiefgarage des Hotels fahren. Super Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Location was in the old town near shopping and restaurants. Breakfast was phenomenal! One of the best we’ve had in Europe. Parking was limited but available.

The location is amazing, right in the centre of the old town. The instructions for getting by car into the pedestrainised streets and to the carpark were very good. As others have said you need to have a small car to use the underground car park
The aircon could not be used and the windows can't be opened. I like a cool bedroom and found it too hot and rather stuffy.
Only getting two sachets of instant coffee and two sachets of creamer powder seemed very stingy for a 4 star hotel charging the rates that they charge!

Dont usually book in for breakfast but we did this time
The display was very good but we dont eat sweet stuff that early or cheese and ham so it felt expensive for bread and jam and a cup of tea!
