Fantastic location and views
Pros:

Fantastic location and views of the cathedral. A very comfortable bed. The parking below the hotel was brilliant - and they send instructions for how to access the historic pedestrian centre in advance so we could access the parking easily. The staff were helpful.

Cons:

The bathroom in our room was very tired and could do with being renovated.

Für einen Kulturbesuch gibt es wahrscheinlich keinen besseren Platz

Phänomenales Frühstück. Allerbeste Lage in der Stadt, Sauberkeit und Ruhe im Hotel

Cons:

Die Anfahrt ist richtig tricky!
Es war in meinem Zimmer zu kalt. Das konnte nur durch eine zusätzlichen elektrischen Heizkörper verbessert werden. Da das Zimmer sehr klein war hat das natürlich auch noch extra gestört.
Bei der Abrechnung gab es Probleme, die allerdings mit dem Manager rasch geklärt und korrigiert werden konnten

Um bom lugar.
Pros:

O quarto espaçoso e com uma vista incrível da Catedral. O café da manhã bem servido e com reposição rápida pelos funcionários.

Cons:

Precisa de uma renovação, principalmente das cortinas que são difíceis de abrir e fechar. Não veda a luz completamente.

Perfection.
Pros:

Great location by the cathedral, clean comfortable room. Our taxi to the bus did not arrive but the young man at reception took us in his own car to the bus station, service over and above what might be expected. Rouen is a delightful city and that piece of generosity moved us greatly.

Σύγχρονο ξενοδοχείο στην καρδιά της παλιάς πόλης. Το δωμάτιο πολύ άνετο και καθαρό και οι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι περιποιημένοι για ποτό ή φαγητό .
Το ξενοδοχείο διαθέτει δικό του parking, με έξτρα χρέωση, που είναι πολύ βολικό. Είναι λίγο δαιδαλώδης ή πρόσβαση με αυτοκινητο, αλλά παρέχονται σαφείς οδηγίες πριν την αφιξη.
Γενικά το ξενοδοχείο προσφέρεται για μια ευχάριστη διαμονή στη Rouen.
