Die Lage ist perfekt

Cons:

Ich bin mit dem PKW angereist und der Wagen wurde von einer Garage, mit der das Hotel zusammenarbeitet, abgeholt und bei Abreise zurückgebracht. Leider mit einem Frontschaden (tiefe Kratzer), der mir erst daheim aufgefallen ist. Ein Review dieser Garage ergibt, dass dies öfters passiert.
Selbst wenn ich den Wagen bei Übergabe kontrolliert hätte, hätte die Garage alles abgestritten.

Iconic hotel excellent staff

We had a memorable stay here thanks to the wonderful staff including Ludvica, Tommaso, Alessia, Martina…

They upgraded us to a beautiful suite duplex.

The secret garden was beautiful and the breakfast sumptous…

The lobby was iconic…

The Aria Rooftop was mesmerising with the beautiful Duomo on one side and the sunset on the other…thankyou Mirco for your hospitality.

Nice hotel, bad cappuccino
Pros:

The staff was very nice, both at the front desk and at breakfast.

Cons:

They should be embarrassed to call themselves Italian and serve the cappuccinos they do. The rooms could use an update.

Beautiful hotel, Convenient location
Pros:

The hotel was conveniently located, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a short stay in Florence. It was a short walk from the train station and all of the major sites as well as numerous restaurants and coffee shops. The rooftop was a perfect place to sit in the morning or evening with a gorgeous view of the Duomo. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Florence!

Cons:

The hotel lobbies and hallways were VERY strongly perfumed. It did smell good, but less can be more in this case. It was enough to give me a headache and was way overdone.

A convenient location
Pros:

My sister and I stayed here for three nights after our arrival to Tuscany.
The room was very clean and comfortable. The amenities were plentiful and replaced. Water was provided in the room which is always a plus. The front desk was friendly and helpful most of the time. The gentlemen at the front door were always kind and offered assistance whenever we came in with packages. We had breakfast twice while there. It was a nice selection and variety. We went to the rooftop bar once, which was very pleasant after a little confusion about whether they could serve us or not. I’d say the only negative was our room was right below the rooftop bar and even though it was closed, people must’ve been up there sitting and moving furniture because one particular night we could not fall asleep till after 1 o’clock because of all the noise. Overall, it was a good location for us to walk all around to different sites we wanted to experience.
