Pros:

Es segunda vez que nos quedamos ahí y seguiría yendo. Quisimos hacer un upgrade ya que necesitábamos mas espacio y nos dieron una habitación mas grade sin cargo adicional. La ubicación es buenísima, el personal amable, el aire acondicionado funcionaba muy bien.

One of the best stays!
Pros:

The staff are very very welcoming, our room was spacious and clean, the hotel lobby is piece of art! Also, the rooftop view is amazing! And everything is nearby you in this location. Definitely going back to Tivoli!

Pros:

Bella struttura in ottima posizione, personale molto cortese e sempre disponibile. Bar in terrazza molto carino, colazione ottima.

Cons:

La camera prenotata è particolarmente piccola ma piacevole e pulita.
L’insonorizzazione delle camere non è all’altezza della struttura. Il garage convenzionato mi ha riconsegnato l’auto con tappeto e battitacco tutto sporco con impronte di scarpe, decisamente imbarazzante.(ho letto un reclamo simile da parte di un altro cliente)

Lovely hotel in the heart of the city
Pros:

Great location and clean - staff lovely - great bar and breakfast - easy to access great restaurant and the city by foot.

Cons:

Stayed twice over the period of 10 days - first room bathroom was tiny and not a lot of room to place your toiletries or get in and out of shower over bath - for the money could be better. Second room upgrade and much better but more expensive.

I would recommend this place if you are looking for a central location.
Pros:

Staff / Guest Relations - compared to many other places, the staff was remarkably attentive. Furthermore I like if they always remeber your name from the first moment on.

Cons:

We had a special strong smell in our room at the beginning from the air-conditioning. But the staff was able to resolve the matter within 30min (and we arrived 10pm!).
