Very Bad
Cons:

This property was absolutely disgusting. Room looked like it had not been cleaned. There was stains on the wall and floors and the worst part was the blood we found on the curtains and bed. When I emailed the property about it I was told I was wrong and would not be issued a refund even though we ended up leaving.
It’s cheap for a reason!!!!!!! Spend the extra money and stay somewhere clean with better customer service!

A basic room at terrific price
Pros:

Friendly helpful staff, free airport shuttle. Nice soap and shampoo and a shower with great water pressure. The a/cin my room was perfect--quiet and constant. Not like many hotel rooms where the machine kicks in periodically with outrageous noise.

Cons:

The free breakfast was skimpy. Hard boiled eggs, cereal and toast. Coffee ran out at 6:10 (breakfast started at 6). No fruit. I would have gladly traded the free breakfast for a coffee/tea station in my room. (There were none). My 1st floor room, while comfortable , had vinyl curtains with a fair number of holes in them which was creepy.

Good value once you find the place. Good access to airport
Pros:

Good location to airport but was very difficult to find at first.

Cons:

Our room was clean and basic. Everything worked. Carpet was ready for change. We only stayed 7h to catch an early morning flight.

Location was ok

Cons:

Old and run down facility. Two double beds, there was a bug in one of the beds. Stained crunchy carpet, holes in the blinds you could see daylight through many spots ( I took photos). Then the shower was beyond disgusting, black grime all along the door and frame. If it wasn't 3:30am and we'd been up for 12 hours I would have moved to another hotel. The pictures they had online were obviously from many years ago. Then we go down to atleast have a decent breakfast and we had the choice of cereal or a waffle! I'd expect this from a cheap truck stop not an over $300 night charge.

Scam Hotel canceled room.over the phone yet you get charged online.
Pros:

The property didnt have the room i booked avaivle and was still charged. I was told I need to contact the 3rd party.it needs to be as simple to cancel as it is to book. I will ow have to dispute the charge with my cc company. Booking a hotel online is a scam woth no way to conveniently change or cancel.

Excellent stay! I would definitely stay there for a next trip to Phoenix.

Cons:

I was charged twice for the stay but Vinit, the general manager, took care of the issue and was corteous and made sure the issue was corrected and got our money back for the overcharge.
