Sehr schönes Hotel mit allem, was man braucht
Pros:

Ich bin begeistert. Die Lage ist unschlagbar direkt am Fusse der Gran Via. Tolle Tapas Bars und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Man hat dennoch nicht das Gefühl mitten in einer Grossstadt zu sein. Wir hatten ein wirklich grosses Zimmer, tolles Bad, ein schöner Kleiderschrank mit viel Platz. Es ist ein Safe und ein kleiner Kühlschrank vorhanden. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig mit allem was das Herz begehrt.
Sehr freundliches Personal.

De locatie is prima om op wandelafstand de stad te verkennen. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk. Het ontbijt was goed maar elke dag hetzelfde.

The location was great, they have nice bar area,

the hotel itself lacks a lot of 4 star features,

a 4 star hotel should provide sandals,smart TV that connects to your phone, electric kettle or coffee muchine

The shower also was leaking lots of water out, which might cause trouble for them in the long run
