This hotel is in an excellent location in the centre of the city. Staff were very friendly and welcoming on arrival and during the stay.
We booked a suite room which had plenty of space, giving us an extra room with a sofa bed, extra TV and wardrobe and additional seats. Amenities included dressing gown, slippers, tea, coffee machine, mini fridge (with just one bottle of water and coke), hairdryer and towels.
I probably wouldn't say this is a 4* hotel as the room definitely needed a refresh with missing skirting boards, peeling wallpaper, dust on the top shelf and door frame, and broken air con in the one room. The room faced the courtyard and seemed fairly soundproof from neighbours, but unfortunately we were located next to the elevators which you could hear going up and down all night.
We didn't eat at the hotel as there are plenty of Cafe's and Restaurants in the area.
I would recommend this hotel based on location and space provided in the suite room, but there may be better 4* hotels for value in the area.
The location, the bed and the pillows
The room is smaller than promised in the booking. The hallway carpet is full of stains. It requires a difficult maneuver to park and they do not make sure to provide disabled parking for the disabled.

Les prestations de la chambre. La salle de bain est très petite et on sent l’humidité à l’entrée de la chambre.

The location of the hotel is perfect. The staff were attentive. The room is adequate with a decent size bathroom.
The car park you are told has restricted headroom. They don't tell you that it also has restricted width.
