Pros:

La situation géographique en centre ville avec stationnement au sous-sol de l hôtel.
L accueil très chaleureux, le confort de la literie et la propreté irréprochable.
Chambre sur cour très calme comme souhaité.

A central location with parking
Pros:

The hotel is in central Toulouse and suited our needs. Underground parking is available. The room was well equipped but quite small. There was bar area near reception but this was staffed by those working at reception so service was slow .
Breakfast was good, but no evening service, although plenty of restaurant options were nearby.

Staff made the stay!
Pros:

The location and the staff are the reason to stay here. Staff are helpful and welcoming. The location is near the métro , restaurants, shopping and sites. If you are coming from the airport or the train station via the métro it is a super location. Be sure to get a room looking into the interior courtyard which is far quieter. Our room was the smallest we have had during a month long trip. Large bed but no space to open a suitcase except the bed. The bathroom amenities are bath gel and hand soap . That’s it! Nothing else, which seemed extremely stingy. The hôtel has tour groups on weekends which can make breakfast a little chaotic. We chose to go to a nearby bar for breakfast. Would I return? I might look elsewhere. But it is a solid option for a 3 star hotel.

Iyi, merkezi bir konumda. Kahvalti cok cesitli ve lezzzetli. Kahvalti servis ekibi guleryuzlu. Teras guzel, keyifli. Oda buyuklugu iyi.

Calisanlar yabanci turiste saygi duymuyor, ulkenize gore kategorize edildiginizi hissediyorsunuz. Ayni bolgede baska otellerde gordugumuz misafirperverlik ne yazik ki bu otelde yok. Otelden cok apart hissiyati var. Dus ve banyo genel olarak eski, dus icin Hair&Body olarak tek urun var. Terlik ve herhangi bir kit goremedim.
