Lage im Zentrum ist gut. Nahe zu Metrostation und zum Place de Capitole

Ich habe verlangt, dass meine Geschäftadresse auf der Rechnung steht. Der Herr an der Reception hat sie auch ins System eingetippt. Beim auschecken, war dann keine Address mehr drauf. Und es war der gleiche Herr wie vom Check-in. Weil die Rechnung nur noch per Email versandt wird, habe ich es erst zu Hause bemerkt.
Was ich bei den Accor Hotels nicht mag, ist das Renditedenken. Kein richtiger Schreibtisch. Kein Platz wirklich für den Koffer. Das Waschbecken ohne viel Platz für den Kulturbeutel und Ablage. Alles extrem Platzsparend, absolut nur das Nötigste.
Die heutigen Hotels haben alle so Schummerlicht. Soll atmosphärische Stimmung geben, aber zum lesen und arbeiten ungeignet.

Op de bedden liggen plastic matrashoezen/covers Dit is zeer oncomfortabel met slapen. Deze heb ik eraf gehaald.

Contrary to previous stays, the room provided was smaller and had an extremely small cabinet; the bed only had one bedside table.

Salir del hotel y encontrarse en el mismo centro de Toulouse

La situación. Muy céntrico

Cogí habitación con cama extra grande y la tenía, pero claro en un espacio tan reducido no tiene sentido. El baño muy antiguo y una sola toalla grande y otra de mano. Éramos una pareja

Super Lage, aber für das Service und Ausstattung zu teuer.
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage! Von dort aus kann man die Stadt perfekt besichtigen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig nach außen.

Cons:

Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel fehlt hier die Ausstattung. Das Hotel ist doch abgewohnt und in die Jahre gekommen. Ein Zimmer gleich neben dem Zimmer für das Service ist nicht anzuraten. Hier kann man dann die Waschmaschine und sonstigen Arbeiten mithören! Das Frühstück ist eingeschränkt und auch nicht im vollen Umfang zu den angegebenen Zeiten verfügbar.

Great central location
Pros:

This hotel is in an excellent location in the centre of the city. Staff were very friendly and welcoming on arrival and during the stay.
We booked a suite room which had plenty of space, giving us an extra room with a sofa bed, extra TV and wardrobe and additional seats. Amenities included dressing gown, slippers, tea, coffee machine, mini fridge (with just one bottle of water and coke), hairdryer and towels.
I probably wouldn't say this is a 4* hotel as the room definitely needed a refresh with missing skirting boards, peeling wallpaper, dust on the top shelf and door frame, and broken air con in the one room. The room faced the courtyard and seemed fairly soundproof from neighbours, but unfortunately we were located next to the elevators which you could hear going up and down all night.
We didn't eat at the hotel as there are plenty of Cafe's and Restaurants in the area.
I would recommend this hotel based on location and space provided in the suite room, but there may be better 4* hotels for value in the area.

Decent hotel in a good location in Toulouse
Pros:

The location, the bed and the pillows

Cons:

The room is smaller than promised in the booking. The hallway carpet is full of stains. It requires a difficult maneuver to park and they do not make sure to provide disabled parking for the disabled.

O quarto é bem confortável, com frigobar e chaleira elétrica.
O hotel oferece água na recepção e está atento à sustentabilidade, com a eliminação de garrafas de plástico.
