Todo estuvo excelente. Solamente falto tener una mejor temperatura del cuarto.
El AC del cuarto estaba muy caliente.
Χρεωθήκαμε 2 φορές για το δωμάτιο, μία με την καρτα που ειχε δηλωθεί στη booking και άλλη μία φορά με άλλη κάρτα κατα το check out. Προσπαθούμε να επικοινωνήσουμε με το ξενοδοχείο και δεν βρίσκουμε email να στειλουμε τα παρασταικα

Deja mucho que desear el trato del personal, he llegado con la reserva ya pagada y me han tenido mas de 45 minutos en el check in, porque supuestamente no encontraban la selección de habitaciones que había elegido. Al final nos han puesto en edificios separados, una habitación para la pareja y otra para los niños pequeños y mi hija mayor. El restaurante, igual, no te hacen mucho caso y esperas una vida para que te atiendan.
Fantastic stay! Everything was perfect, clean rooms, friendly staff, great location, and excellent service. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again!

O Hotel é muito limpo, bem conservado
Iniciou no momento de nossa chegada chegamos um pouco antes da meia noite! Bastante cansados! O único recepcionista do hotel estava ao telefone resolvendo algum problema com algum hospede! Esperamos por mais de 30’, sempre aprendi que devemos atender a pessoa que está presencial no local, tentamos por muito tempo que ele nos atendesse, quando finalmente quase 60’ depois, foi nos atender, nos disse que tinha que resolver alguns problemas, enfim… que horror, ficamos inconformados. Estavamos com fome e não tinha nem um restaurante, bar para nos atender, tudo fechado!
Um dia eu estava no banho e simplesmente a agua fria parou de sair da torneira, me queimei e não estava entendendo o que estava acontecendo ! Ligamos na recepção para entender o que estava acontecendo , ligamos varias vezes! Não conseguimos falar
Quando finalmente conseguimos, nos informaram que como a recepção estava cheia no presencial, eles não poderiam nos atender ate nao terminarem o presencial… ai, é interessante! Chego super tarde para fazer checkin e nao me atendem para atenderem ao telefone! E quando o contrário acontece, não me atendem ao telefone para atenderem o presencial… sinceramente!
O colchão estava muito afundado, bem ruim mesmo
