Pros:

It's good overall. The only issue is it's too far from shopping, dinning and the city center.

No shuttle before 5:15 a.m.
Pros:

When I book a hotel at an airport, I presume there will be a shuttle to take me to the airport, and this was the case since it is announced by the hotel. But they don't tell you that the first shuttle departs after 5:15 a.m. and if you have luggage and a flight that departs at 7a.m. at huge CDG, you have to leave the hotel before 5a.m.! so you have to pay a taxi which will cost you 25 euros! the second problem, a much smaller one, was the small size of the bathing towels... despite all this, staff is nice and the room is confortable.

Good nights sleep but hotel really needs improved maintenance and perhaps refurbishment
Pros:

Stayed at this hotel for one night on return back to UK after a longer holiday. After working out how to get to the hotel we found it with several other hotels a short walk from one of the stops on the free shuttle between terminals.

From the outside this is much older property than other properties near by such as the Moxy, Holiday inn and Courtyard.. On arrival met by a friendly member of staff at reception who shared a few points on hotel and provided card keys.

I had booked a suite and our room was on Floor 7. Although not very expensive for a 4 star hotel I was surprised on entering the room on how underwhelming it was - much in need of refurbishment and basic maintenance. The room as shown in images had numerous paint chips, missing skirting boards and the bathroom reminded me of an old council run swimming pool changing room vs a quality bathroom. Decent TVs and bed was comfortable so did get a good sleep. Room was a good size however living space needs more thought to help make it more cosy.

Room did not have USB option for charging so make sure you have a proper plug charger

After reviewing food options and actual look of restaurant we went to look at other hotel options and settled on the food at the Moxy - a little bit cheaper and more buzzing atmosphere.

The following morning we went in search of the pool - took a bit of finding however looked very pleasant and would have used the facility if I had more time.

In summary ok hotel but with newer properties within minutes of this hotel I think I would select an alternative next time.

Pros:

Stayed here while visiting Maison et Object exhibition. Super location to the exhibition halls. Great stay, very friendly, room extremely clean, bed very comfortable, delightful breakfast and good food, which was well presented for the evening meal buffet. Modern and contemporary décor, easy and comfortable hotel bar, where it was easy to talk and socialise. No Complaints!

Run away
Pros:

I have no idea how this place was given more than one star. This hotel was disgusting and should be condemned. I believe we got sick from the amount of mold in this building. The hair dryer was legit from 1960 with a hose attached to a wall. The staff was not helpful, the shuttle nonexistent, and an hour to the city. Honestly we should have left.

Needs a refurb. Dreadful soundproofing
Pros:

Stayed here for 2 nights with work whilst at an exhibition. The hotel is well located for the exhibition hall and the staff are quite helpful but those are the only positives.

The room is tired (I was in 38) and the strange separate toilet with the sink and shower next door was weird. The grouting round the tiles in the bathroom was pink with dirt and needed a good bleach. The edges of the floor around the bath were also in need of a deep clean with a powerful cleaning product as it looked gross.

The worst part of the trip was that my room had a connecting door to the room next door. I could hear every word, every pee and toilet flush, every cough, snoring and phones/alarms going off. There was no point complaining and asking to move as the hotel was apparantly full due to the SIAL exhibition. This lack of soundproofing is totally unacceptable in a hotel. I’m actually writing this review wide awake having heard a loud phone conversation through the paper thin door/wall and am now listening to the man next door coughing his guts up. It’s 1.20am!

I would urge the hotel not to use room 38 unless for a family/people that know each other well enough to cope with the level of noise next door from room 36, and to get the bathroom bleached and deep cleaned as a priority. The cleaning supervisor should notice it’s not up to scratch (unless it’s so old the grout needs replacing)

I certainly wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Just barely okay for one night
Pros:

Okay for a one night stay before flying home, but just barely. The room desperately needed a deep clean. The coffee maker’s water tank was disgusting. The elevators would bounce a little and jerk before opening. Kind and helpful staff.

Pros:

Upon getting to our room, I realized right away it wasn’t what I’d booked and that the AC was out of order. Immediately went to speak to the front desk where agents weren’t very friendly. No one came to look at the AC, though a fan was offered and I was rebuffed when I asked for a double bed rather than 2 twins crammed together since that was what I’d paid for and what was stated on my reservation. Later, when going to the restaurant for dinner, the service was unfriendly. They were having an IT issue in the kitchen. Understandably, they were functioning as best they could but our order took a very long time and our appetizer never arrived. It was removed from the bill thankfully

Drab and old
Pros:

I was completely underwhelmed. For a hotel with such high ratings, I was surprised how old and bare the room was. There was a dirty smudge on the mostly bare walls. There were no USB outlets for charging devices. Bathroom tile and carpet were very dated. There was no coffee maker in the room and very little furniture. There were a couple bags of herbal tea and kettle. A small window overlooking the roof of the building gave the non-existant atmosphere nothing to add to. There was nothing in the way of amenties. Soap dispenser in the shower and by the sink but no shampoo or any other toiletry items. Surprisingly, for an airport hotel, there was no complimentary airport shuttle. For 5 euro, I paid for a shuttle ride to the airport, but would only make one terminal stop. I took another 20 minutes for me to get to my terminal.
