Prima hotel. Precies de zakelijke service die je van een Mercure-hotel mag verwachten. Bewaakte fietsenstalling.
De kamer was wel aan de kleine kant voor de prijs.

Very friendly and helpful reception, bar, and breakfast staff. Convenient location just off one of the ring roads. Well provisioned breakfast buffet, with hot and cold options. Town center a short Uber ride away.
Hotel restaurant was closed on Saturday night! Many of the guests, including myself, wanted to eat there but were forced to go to the neighboring hotel restaurant. Mattress and pillows were uncomfortable.

Pas de ménage systématique pour un 4 étoiles, cela va de soi, il faut scanner un qr code pour le demander , parking payant alors qu’il y a des places à l’extérieur gratuites mais le personnel ne vous le dit pas
Geweldig veel ruimte
Wel allemaal wat gedateerd. De ruimte om het bed in verhouding erg weinig.
Kamer na de eerste overnachting niet opgeruimd en de bedden niet opgemaakt en de badkamer niet gedaan.
Ontbijt was lekker, werd goed aangevuld. Fijne kamer met een prima bed!
De lift was kapot, hierdoor konden we laat in de avond niet naar onze kamer toe. De medewerkers achter de balie waren er ook niet van op de hoogte dat er een trap naar onze verdieping was, waardoor we best een tijdje onnodig moesten wachten. Verder wel sympathieke mensen.
Er hingen bij de ingang van het hotel wat minder fris uitziende mensen, wellicht een idee om zo’n soort plek niet direct bij de ingang te maken.
Het hotel heeft een update nodig; kamers zijn quasi ouderwets en bed is een zandbak ipv fatsoenlijk bed
Nice personal
Groningen, in general, was quite expensive, so the hotel wasn't an exception. It was someone's socks in the corner and at the vent window when we arrived. Breakfast was okay, but for 22 Euro you can have a nice breakfast out in the city centre

Heerlijk in alle rust geslapen. Valkbij het stadspark, dus ideaal voor na een festival hier verblijven.
