Great hotel in great location
Pros:

The location is excellent, 10 mins walk to St. Cecile. Dinner on the terrace was the highlight, overseeing the river and view of the church. Room was large and clean and bed very comfy.

Cons:

The restaurant prices seemed a bit high.

Nous ne reviendrons plus et je vais bannir de ma liste les hôtels Mercure.
Pros:

Chambre vieillotte et manque de propreté. 180€ la chambre sans petit déjeuner beaucoup trop excessif. Accueil à la limite de la correction suite à la saleté des serviettes.
Inadmissible en terme d’hygiène.

Die Lage ist zum Erkunden der Stadt (Kathedrale) ideal. und das alte Gebäude am Fluss ist schön erhalten.

Cons:

Die Zufahrt mit dem Auto hat sich etwas schwierig gestaltet, weil es eine verkehrsberuhigte Zone in der Stadt gibt.

Unsere telefonische Nachfrage wie man zum Hotel gelangt, wurde nicht sehr freundlich beantwortet.

Es wäre hilfreich, wenn das Hotel auf die verkehrsberuhigte Zone hinweisen und eine Umleitungsstrecke empfehlen würde.

Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption hat uns dann freundlich empfangen.

Das Zimmer war auf den ersten Blick auch schön - die Aussicht auf den Fluss fast magisch.

Aber das Badezimmer ist nicht das was man von einem 4-Sterne-Hotel erwartet. Mini-Badewanne mit Duschwand und in der Ecke Kalk und schwarzer Schimmel :(

Prima locatie om de stad te verkennen, prachtig uitzicht op de Tarn en de kathedraal. Fijn terras aan de rivier.

Cons:

De kamer was wat klein en we hadden niet verwacht dat de waterval in de rivier zoveel lawaai zou maken. De eerste dag was het restaurant en de keuken dicht.

Pour découvrir Albi !
Pros:

Situation exceptionnelle, avec une vue imprenable sur le Tarn, la cathédrale et le centre d'Albi.
Le cadre et la rénovation réussie d'un bâtiment historique.
Grande chambre très propre et lumineuse.
Parking juste devant l'hôtel avec un accès très facile.

Cons:

L'accueil à l'arrivée par un jeune peu souriant.
Dans la chambre, le frigo qui ne fonctionne pas (et ce même garçon qui nous dit que c'est normal)

Avoir conscience que ce lieu est historique et que cette ville est d'une beauté exceptionnelle.

La situation est parfaite, les bâtiments splendides ( le tout terrasse, restaurant et bar trés bien pensés) et la vue spectaculaire.

Prima hotel in de nabijheid van het mooie oude centrum.
Pros:

De ligging van het hotel aan de Tarn is geweldig. Mooi uitzicht vanuit de lobby, het restaurant en een aantal kamers.
Het centrum is te voet gemakkelijk bereikbaar. Prima ontbijt. Gezellige bar en supervriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Voor ons geen tegenvaller
