Hyatt Centric Reims

This place is a perfect base to explore Reims . We parked in the car park upstairs , outside for free ( there is underground parking on site too ) The room was nice , overlooking the river .. from the hotel it’s walkable to the Cathedral quarter ( 10/12mins stroll ) and there’s a wealth of restaurant choices and bars there . This seemed a very walkable and safe city and the Mercure is a nice easy , cost effective hotel to use as a base for a visit .

Good stay at Mercure, easy to find and parking onsite. Main areas of the hotel were ok but room a little dated. Great location for a short walk into the city. Breakfast offering was quite basic.

The hotel was very comfortable and the staff very friendly. Parking is a bit pricey at €13 per night when the De Gaulle public car park 2 mins walk away is €4 for 24 hrs.
Good breakfast and dinner in the restaurant - menu du jour is good value. House wine was excellent.

The reception staff were super welcoming and friendly. The free parking under the hotel was really convenient and easy to navigate. Great breakfast buffet too. We came for Christmas markets and it was just a short walk to the cathedral and then through the historic streets to the market.

The hotel was very comfortable and had lots of amenities.

We were passing through Reims. The hotel served its purpose for a one night stay. It was clean and comfortable enough.

Loved the location. Staff was very accomodating.
Only negative is the size of the shower, it's very small.

Lovely large room with a massive, comfortable bed. Secure parking is great. Lovely receptionist- very engaging. Easy walk into the city centre and the beautiful cathedral.

Ive been staying in this hotel occasionally for several years
to be honest it has gone down over the years, but i think this was the worst stay ever.
the towels were worn thin, the bath area was dirty and had meldew and its getting expensive.
every time i stay here the price goes up and at 11euros a pint
my friend who had a different room walked in to find water flowing out of the ceiling but they wouldnt give him a different room
once i would of highly recommended this place but now
i doubt

Fine for an overnight stay - close to Cathedral and good restaurants in town. Hotel staff lovely and helpful. Clean and parking superb.

Nice hotel 10 minutes walk from Cathedral in Reims. Parking and breakfast is extra. But breakfast was good. Like many hotels we tried, AC present but not working. Shower was slippery.

Very helpful staff convenient location

The room was extremely dirty, with old hairballs on the bathroom floor, hair in the bedsheets and the floors and corners looked like it hadn't been cleaned properly. It was uncomfortable to stay in a place that untidy. Basic amenities were not provided, and the receptionist did not understand what body lotion was, let alone being able to supply me with any. They also struggled to inform us what was open on a Sunday and didn't seem to be well informed about the local area - we had to rely on Google. the location was away from the quaintness of the town, so you didn't feel the charm of Reims on their road - overall disappointing and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room was nice size, clean, comfortable, and quiet. Appreciate the fridge and lock box. Didn’t utilise the restaurants, but the area looked welcoming. Good communal spaces inside and out to just sit.
