Tout était exceptionnel, de la chambre au petit déjeuner en passant par les équipes et l'espace spa. Nous avons passé un magnifique weekend de détente et n'hésiterons pas à revenir.

Don't judge the book by the cover
Pros:

The location is excellent. Very close (5 minute walk) to Petit Venice and Grand Rue. Located within a very pleasant small park area. The view from the room into the park is lovely.

The staff were helpful - especially Chantal in the breakfast room.👏

The rooms were clean and in good condition.

Cons:

The architect and interior designer need to find new occupations! A toilet next to the front door requiring a 15 metre walk to wash your hands and with a door that prevents you from having the door to be bedroom area open at the same time. The tiny area between the 2 basins and the bath is not suitable for two people to use the room simultaneously.

Despite daily requests for the room to be left with the heating on, they were not adhered. Lots of "sorry" from reception but communication between the reception and housekeeping non-existent.

The lack of a lunch or dinner facility (or room service) is wholly inexcusable for a 5* hotel. The restaurant within the hotel (which appears to be an independent operation) has a laughably expensive menu.

Overall, some severe drawbacks for the price that it charges.

Cons:

Ab 05.30 Lärm durch Anlieferung, damit nur 3,5 Stunden Tiefschlaf, damit gesamter Aufenthalt versaut.
