Forvent det bedste, topservice og hotel

Hotellet ligger i et dejligt parkområde hvor folk lufter hunde og hvor der er en behagelig parkstemning, selvom det er i Colmar centrum, men alligevel ganske tæt på den smukke gamle bydel med masser af restauranter m.m.
Vi og vores lille hund blev taget rigtig godt imod i receptionen, og det var tydeligt at vi var i gode og professionelle hænder.
Det prægede i øvrigt hele vores ophold, der var styr på tingene, og fornem service overalt, uden at det var overdrevet.
Værelset er pænt og moderne indrettet, lidt specielt med en del af badeværelset med skydedør ind til værelset, men det fungerede ok. Vi boede på 3. sal og havde en skøn balkon med udsigt til parken, som vi var meget tilfredse med og brugte flittigt.
Morgenmaden var rigtig god, med betjent kaffeservering og mulighed for diverse omelet/bacon osv., og mange slags brød, kager, frugt osv. absolut top morgenmad.
Der er ikke ret mange p-pladser, men hotellet håndterede vores el-bil fra vi kom og sørgede for parkering i kælderen og opladning, det var virkede meget betryggende og professionelt,
Der er en hyggelig bar i hotellets foyer. Vi spiste ikke på hotellets restaurant JY (2 star Michelin), men foretrak at spise i Little Venice hvor der er mange spændende restauranter og rimelige priser, men god ide at reservere på forhånd.
Det var dejligt og positivt at mærke at vores hund også var velkommen, det kunne vi virkelig godt lide.
Vi vil gerne komme igen.

Cons:

Der er ikke noget negativt at bemærke overhovedet, men det havde selvfølgelig været fint hvis prisen var lavere, men samlet set synes jeg at der var valuta for pengene, set i forhold til et perfekt ophold hvor alt spillede max.

Very nice but for price paid there should me more customer focus and attention

Ottimo design and location
Very nice lounge very comfortable bed and room setting

Cons:

Availability of swimming pool to kids limited from 8-10 AM same time as breakfast…. Kids are guests too
Delivery of towel on Saturday evening left on bed not folded and not out in the bathroom
Unaware of brunch o. Sunday morning which we would have loved to do
Start to take away food for breakfast 15-20 minutes before closing though limited time for it

Stop making toilets separated from the bathroom

Cons:

This might be the worst room design ever. It sure looks good, but there’s no reasoning in making the toilet separated from the shower and to make the sink be in the room. It doesn’t make any sense and make all those things feel like tiny hallways. So the rooms feels much smaller than it actually is because of the wasted space. Also the light switches are horrible and don’t allow you to control individually the lighting.
