Viel Geld für wenig Leistung! Betten sehr gut, Parken auch, alles andere sehr fraglich.
Pros:

Größe des Zimmers und auch die Aufteilung der Möbel waren in Ordnung, bis auf die Nachttische die nicht nutzbar sind.
Sehr gut der USB-Anschluss.
Das Essen war lecker aber das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr schlecht.
Parkmöglichkeit sehr gut. Nur ein Platz für zwei Motorräder bezahlt.
Am besten waren die Betten. Die waren wirklich richtig gut!

Cons:

Das Restaurant war vom Aufenthalt her eine sehr große Katastrophe. Es war so kalt das man sich kaum aufhalten konnte.
Auf Anfrage bekam man keine Antwort. Man verteilte statt dessen auf Wunsch hilflos Radiatoren.
Ironie der Geschichte, in der BAR nebenan war es sehr warm und auf unsere Frage warum das so ist, wieder nur Kopfschütteln. Der Chef und Verantwortliche soll sich was schämen. Wir sind sehr sauer über diese Situation.
Diese Gleichgültigkeit, einfach unfassbar. Warum keine Entschuldigung, warum keine Erklärung? Wir hätten doch verstanden, wenn es ein technisches Problem gewesen ist. Also der Personalchef hat seine Leute in keiner Weise auf diese Situation vorbereitet. Wir kommen nicht mehr wieder, das muss man sich nicht bieten lassen bei den den heftigen Preisen. Die Dusche im Zimmer ist defekt und der Toilettendeckel war lose.
Bei der Abreise kein Augenkontakt mit der jungen Dame an der Rezeption. Hier fehlt sicher Erfahrung und gute Schulung.
Es war nur ein Abarbeiten der Formalitäten. Ich wünsche allen Beteiligten das man hier wach wird und aufhört zu schlafen.

Séjour agréable grâce à une très belle ville à visiter.
Pros:

La proximité du centre, son parking souterrain facilement accessible, chien accepté.
Surclassement pour nos deux nuits 👍🏻
À noter que j’ai qu’en même payé 455€ pour nos deux nuits avec petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Nb. Je ne voyage qu’en 4* essentiellement chez Mercure.
Pas de chaussons en chambre, nous n’avons pas envie de marcher sur de la moquette qui supporte les pas des chaussures d’extérieur.
Pas de vrai café en chambre.
Suite à une intervention chirurgicale, j’ai taché ma taie d’oreiller. Celle-ci n’a pas été changée. J’ai dû appeler la réception.
Alors que nous avons remarqué la présence d’une importante équipe en salle. Le service du petit déjeuner très inactif, il nous semblait dépassé alors qu’il n’y avait pas forcément foule au buffet. Certains brassaient du vent, c’était comique.
Cela créait des manques de vaisselle etc..
Les clients devaient eux même aller à la recherche de tasses, de couverts,…
Alors que je suis moi même propriétaire d’un petit Yorkshire nous avons trouvé qu’il y avait trop de chiens dans la salle du petit déjeuner.
C’est la première fois que nous voyons qu’un restaurant accepte les chiens en salle.
Nous en avons comptabilisés 6.
Pour un 4* tout cela n’est pas normal
Le client choisit le Mercure pour obtenir un certain confort et il ne pas à avoir à rencontrer ce genres de problèmes.

Great hotel for stop over on the way to Italy
Pros:

Staff were excellent, room clean and comfortable. Dinner was amazing , the chefs cook delicious meals. Breakfast very good .
Underground parking such a bonus with lifts from car park to hotel . We stayed on the 5th floor and room was much nicer than last time when we were on the first floor.

Cons:

Air conditioning in room could be better , the room didn’t get cool enough, it was very warm during the night .

Quarto que fiquei com meu Pet tinha 2 semanas de uso. Tudo muito bem estruturado e limpo.

Cons:

Houve um problema pontual no ar condicionado e na geração de água quente de todo o hotel no final de semana que estive por lá. Fato o qual gerou desconforto, porém absolutamente entendível.
Houve oferta de contrapartida, porém minha experiência foi impactada por este evento.

Great location, only 15 minute walk to the heart of the old city. Clean, comfortable bed, nice pool view with some green plants on the wall.
