Am Abreisetag wurde uns die Parkgebühr für das Auto erlassen wegen den Umständen die wir am Anreisetag hatten.
Pros:

Zimmer war nicht vorbereitet, obwohl ich im Hotel angerufen habe um über eine spätere Ankunft zu informieren.
Neues Zimmer war noch von einem anderen Gast belegt.
Schlussendlich bekamen wir ein ähnliches Zimmer wie, wir es reserviert hatten.
