Polite, efficient, and a genuine asset to the team. Made the whole stay easier.

التكييف ضعيف ، لاتوجد مواقف للسيارات ، الفندق لايوجد به عازل للصوت ، نسمع صوت الرعد مساء و نسمع صوت التصليحات و البناء صباحا و أصوات السيارات ، بناء مبنى بجوار الفندق بالضبط ازعاج من الساعة 6 صباحا ، ممن لايرغب بالنوم و الراحة يحجز في فندق روتاري ، لا انصح بالاقامه فيه أبدا

The rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of selection. The location was perfect for sightseeing on foot and only a few minutes from the station too. Staff were very friendly.

The hotel itself is well-designed, and the room was aesthetically pleasing and looked very nice.
The hotel is located directly in front of an active, loud construction site, and we were assigned a room facing it without any prior warning. In a seemingly deceptive move, the staff deliberately closed the curtains before our arrival so we wouldn't immediately see the site outside. My 8-year-old son and I were startled awake right at 7:00 AM by loud drilling. When I called the front desk to complain, they were dismissive, offering a weak apology and claiming "sometimes there is noise, sometimes there isn't." While the noise slightly improved after my call, I shouldn't have had to complain in the first place. A professional hotel should proactively take care of its guests by being transparent and offering a room on a quieter side of the building upfront. Instead, they hid the problem behind closed curtains and waited for us to complain. Completely unacceptable customer care.

The best staff of any hotel anywhere.
I had a confirmed prepaid reservation at Hotel Rotary Geneva MGallery for April 8 to 11, 2027.
Yesterday, exactly one week after making the reservation, the hotel contacted me claiming that the booking had been accepted due to a “technical issue” and that the dates should have remained closed because the hotel was fully booked. They then informed me that the reservation would need to be cancelled.
As a hotelier myself, I found this explanation completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. Reservation systems, channel managers, blackout dates and availability controls are standard parts of hotel operations. A confirmed prepaid reservation should not be cancelled afterwards because of an internal mistake.
The timing made the situation even more concerning, as the dates coincide with Watches and Wonders in Geneva, a period of very high demand. What makes the explanation even harder to accept is that friends of mine who made reservations at the same hotel one or two days after me did not receive any cancellation notice. The only apparent difference is that their reservations were made at higher rates. From a guest’s perspective, this raises serious questions about whether the cancellation was truly due to a technical issue, or whether it was simply a commercial decision.
I replied to the hotel directly and clearly stated that I did not accept the cancellation. Unfortunately, they did not even have the courtesy to respond. Accor Customer Care did not respond either...
Thankfully, the online travel agency through which I booked handled the matter much more professionally. Because of my membership status with them, they assisted me and rebooked me at another hotel in Geneva, one that is actually much better, while honoring the same rate. Their handling of the situation only made the hotel’s behavior look even worse.
For a property carrying the MGallery and Accor name, this level of service and accountability is extremely disappointing. Mistakes can happen in hospitality, but ignoring a guest after attempting to cancel a confirmed prepaid reservation is not acceptable.
Based on this experience, I would avoid this hotel at all times. Trust is essential when making a hotel reservation, and this property has failed completely in that regard.
