Prima verblijf voor 2 nachtjes.
Pros:

Goede ligging, mooie kamer, heel vriendelijk personeel. Mooie gym, niet groot maar netjes verzorgd. Goed verzorgd ontbijt. Goede parkeermogelijkheden.

Cons:

Airco werkte niet naar behoren en kamer 432 erg gehorig. Je kon de bovenburen horen praten en lopen over de houten vloer. Ook de airco in de gym òf was er niet òf werkte niet goed.

Unexpectedly lower service compared to the usual EXCEPTIONAL standard this establishment offers
Cons:

Whilst I always consider the hotel THE best value for money hotel in Geneva by far; in terms of exceptional staff, usually great rooms and impeccable location, I must say this time around the room was barely acceptable. Ground noise at night, forgotten coffee cups (which I could understand as a forgetful accident), problems with the shower... I still fully recommend the hotel and I'm sure this was just a weird string of unfortunate events.

Good location.Public areas and restaurant very pleasant.Staff helpful and very friendly.Good powerful showers

Cons:

Decor in rooms rather dated and could do with upgrading. Room cleaning haphazard..we stayed from Thursday till Sunday and teabags and dirty cups were never replaced or replenished,nor bottles of water replenished which was disappointing.
