Great location. Very close to lake Geneva, 5mins walk. Geneva Old town and city centre is just across the bridge. Decent sized room. Dated furniture, bed head was peeling, this hotel could do with a renovation. Housekeeping was very efficient, friendly staff throughout the hotel. Complementary breakfast available for Platinums and above on weekends. I don’t know how much this hotel values their Platinum guests, but this is the first MGallery we’ve stayed at where we didn’t receive any welcome amenities with a welcome note. A little disappointed!

Nice hotel in quiet street, just a few minutes walk from train or bus sation. We chose a Signature room which overlooked the courtyard at back, which was lovely and quiet. location was very good with just a few minutes walk to Quai Mont Blanc and lake.

The room we had was a good size and comfortable and the breakfast was nice but a little disorganised.
On check in the hotel told us they had a 'game' and that we had won 'guest of the day' and our prize was a room upgrade from a Signature room to a Duplex room. This is not an upgrade and those rooms should not be classed in a higher category and passed off in such a cheesy manner. The room was a dark loft room with an extremely sloping ceiling and with stairs to a dark sitting area. This was not an upgrade. We asked to have the room that we had booked and they arranged that for us.
