Pros:

Comfortable bed and good amount of space traveling with a baby. The air conditioning didn't work even after staff checked that it was on so it may be on but very weak.

A Timeless Geneva Stay Our Son Loved Most

Our stay at this hotel in Geneva was truly unforgettable, and it quickly became our son’s favorite place to be. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with their warmth and attention to detail. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade after being selected as guests of the day, which made the experience even more special.

The room itself felt like stepping back in time—in the best possible way. The elegant curtains and solid, beautifully crafted furniture created a sense of timeless opulence. It was incredibly spacious, featuring two levels, with a study on the second floor that our son absolutely loved. He happily claimed it as his own little space to relax and enjoy.

What truly stood out was the staff’s thoughtful attention, especially in celebrating our anniversary. A handwritten welcome note was a lovely touch that showed how much they genuinely care about their guests. The spa was another highlight—private, serene, and absolutely spectacular.

We all loved our stay, but our son may have loved it the most. It was a remarkable experience we’ll always cherish.

Nice stay & good location
Pros:

Nice, centrally located hotel. Great for walking or taking public transport to various sites in Geneva. Geneva transport card included in your stay. Room was clean and comfortable. As others have noted, the furniture is getting a bit worn and could use a refresh. Good amenities and very friendly, helpful staff. Front desk let me check in very early, which was lovely after coming off an overnight flight from the US. There is construction in the area but I was there over a weekend and all was quiet. Slept soundly. Breakfast was average. My only criticism was the restaurant is closed on the weekends, which surprised me. They do have room service during that time. I can't really give a real review of it since it was closed for most of my stay. What I got from room service was good though.
