Cleanliness
8.5
Multiple guests called out clean rooms and attentive housekeeping, though a few noted dusting needed, pool cleanliness concern, and an instance of housekeeping noise — overall positive but not flawless.
Service
9.2
Many mentions of friendly, helpful front desk staff and accommodating service (early check-in, helpful driver, named staff praised). A few service failures (unresponsive handling of noise, one rude employee, slow overnight maintenance) reduce perfection but service is a strong point overall.
Location
9
Reviewers noted convenient location near restaurants and easy access from the airport — clearly a strong, convenient location for travelers.
Room Quality
8.8
Rooms described as modern, comfortable beds, and good appliances; some isolated maintenance issues reported (A/C trouble, sink/shower problems, key card/battery) but overall room quality is solid.
Amenities
8.6
Breakfast and lobby flight-display noted positively; pool reported as less clean by one guest. Amenities generally good but with a couple of negatives.
Value for Money
8.8
Standard quality for this hotel tier
Food and Beverage
9
Several guests praised the hot breakfast, specific items (egg-white omelette) and described food as great and fulfilling — a consistent positive.
Overall Experience
8.5
Majority of guests reported an enjoyable stay and willingness to return; a few significant negative stays (noise, unresolved issues) lower the aggregate but overall experience remains positive.

Lillly sucks
Pros:

Andy and Albert were wonderful. Lily was terrible. Lily was on her phone the whole time she was rude. She was apathetic. She was not into her job. It really should be fired.

Long wait on simple maintenance issue
Pros:

Stayed 3 nights, all was great except for our last night. Got back to hotel from a late dinner, and neither of the key cards worked. We notified the front desk, was asked if anyone was in the room that might have locked the secondary latch. Of course there wasn’t. Anyway the receptionist deduced that it was probably a battery issue, so he contacted maintenance. After a lengthy wait we were told that we could have another room for the night, because the main maintenance person wouldn’t be in until morning. We declined. After another lengthy wait, someone came up, but had the wrong tool. Then more waiting, finally the correct tool and batteries were changed, the door opened. The battery issue seems quite common, but their overnight maintenance was not adequately prepared.

Good place to stay
Pros:

I've never been to Harlingen and wasn't sure where to stay. So I chose this location with some uncertainty as to what to expect. However, I was very pleased with my choice. The .hotel was easy to get to from the airport. The staff was friendly. The hotel and room was modern and clean. The location was in a good area with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. They offered a hot breakfast with plenty of options. Overall, I'm very happy with my choice and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great service!
Pros:

The weather was terrible when we got into Harlingen. We went to the hotel hoping maybe we could check in early and wait out the rain. They accommodated us graciously. Robert was such a pleasure to deal with.
