Clean, tidy, well maintained hotel
Good location, however aircon in the building is poor in all rooms. Restaurant was also only limited to Pizza only when I arrived

Great location very close to tram stop from airport, tram interchange and old town. Everything, including riverside, within easy walking distance and extremely easy to use trams. Great hotel in my opinion and good price for the high quality

We were quite disappointed by this hotel. We were unable to regulate the temperature and the carpet in the room was filthy. The hotel is a close walk to the city centre but the surrounding area is not nice.
The property is close to the mall and tram, but its not the prettiest area, walkable to the center though.
Great hotel in a really convenient location for Bordeaux centre. Not the prettiest area but really quick to walk in to the city centre end easy access from the airport by tram. Staff are super friendly, really nice lobby and bar area and adequate sized rooms. This is our second time staying here and will definitely be returning!!

Great hotel, in great location - very short distance to the cathedral & walkable to all other sites/attractions. Excellent staff, very helpful and friendly. Lovely sized room, quiet and clean. Didn’t eat here so can’t comment on food or restaurant.
Close to a metro line which goes to the airport.
It is not badly located about a 15 minute walk from the historic centre but the rooms are pretty tired and could do with an overhaul.
Fantastic staff and perfect place. Rooms were great for what we needed, really welcoming staff. Considering the language barrier they all spoke well and didn’t get fussing for us not understanding. With the hotel just on the edge of downtown it was easy to navigate to some really nice restaurants and cafes if you don’t want to dine in. 10/10 would recommend and go back.
