Ci hanno sistemato al 2piano , stanza piccola e molto rumorosa perché stavano rifacendo la strada ! Mi hanno anche preso tre campioni di cosmetici che dovevo testare ! Le pulizie sempre fatte in ritardo nel pomeriggio inoltrato ! Oltre il prezzo chiedono una cauzione di 250 euro a garanzia ma nn si capisce di che cosa !

Housekeeping issues, construction works, reception and bat staff nice

We stayed for two nights in a standards room and privilege room with the terrace - on the 7th floor below the bar. Both rooms were tiny and there was not much difference between them but outside space. Standard room had a bathtub which actually made it better for me. Both had bathrobes and slippers.

My gold status has not been in any way recognised here. Note to elites - don’t count on anything.

Room was not yet ready for check in at 3 pm and we got drink vouchers as compensation.

Second day we were away for most of the day, yet room was not serviced when we returned at 5 pm. Interestingly I have heard another guest complaining about it day before.

There is ongoing road/ pavement construction in front of the hotel which was unbearable and hotel should have warned about it…

Reception staff is nice so is bar team but quality of accommodation is not great. Apart from terrace there is nothing attractive.
Mercure Grimaldi is a better option in Nice.

La poubelle de salle de bain n’avait pas été vidée, quand j’en ai fait part à l’accueil aucune excuse ni rien. Le papier peint de la chambre totalement décollé, les joints pas complètement fait dans la baignoire qui avait du mal à s’évacuer

Et extrement déçue du petit déjeuner et surtout du comportement des personnes à l’accueil à mon départ. Je ne recommande pas

Nous étions près de tout (commerces,resto, etc..)

Personne nous a prévenu qu’il y avait des gros travaux devant l’hôtel… donc beaucoup de bruit à partir du matin… et pour le passage devant l’hôtel très difficile pour une personne mobilité réduite comme mon conjoint.. déçus!!!

Posizione perfetta vicino a tutto, avvantaggiata anche dai mezzi pubblici molto efficienti (linea 1 tram).
Vista dal balcone mozzafiato sulla chiesa.
Offerti anche due drink omaggio al bar sulla terrazza, per due ospiti che eravamo.
Non posso recensire la piscina perchè il mio soggiorno è avvenuto in inverno.

Cons:

Unica pecca, se proprio si deve cercare il pelo nel pagliaio, è stato il water troppo a ridosso della porta del bagno, e la presa in bagno non compatibile con il phon, inutile dire che manca il bidet, rimane comunque un bagno comodo e spazioso.
