Lovely central hotel with good facilities. Nice rooftop bar.
Pros:

Location was central. Near the train station and about a 10 minute walk to the promenade. Nice rooftop bar with small swimming pool. Rooms were comfortable and a decent size.

It was quite nice. Simple but tidy and clean.

Cons:

We had a bedroom for 3 people and the third persons bed was pretty uncomfortable as it was simply the couch.

Greit opphold, litt dyrt med tanke på hva man får for pengene.
Pros:

Pent frokost og bar område.

Cons:

Hadde bestilt med guarden view, fikk beskjed om at de ikke hadde rom tilgjengelig når vi kom. Fikk se på et rom med garden view, men det var betraktelig mye mindre og dårligere air condition. Valgte da å beholde rommet med by utsikt.

Location, upstairs pool, gym and bar

Cons:

Gym was old and all the upstairs area was very run down with loose tiles everywhere and loose decking.

Couldn't eat in the pool area even quite away from the pool.

Only one lift was working while we were there and considering it only fits about 4 adults (2 with luggage) meant for long waits for the lift.

Pros:

The location on Avenue Notre Dame is just excellent - in the middle of all the shopping and restaurants, and right next to the trams.

The rooftop pool area is great.

Great place to stay to explore Nice and surroundings
Pros:

Great location right in the centre of town. Comfortable spacious rooms with good facilities.
Rooftop pool area was very nice with lots of sun loungers and space

Cons:

Some parts of the room looked a bit tired but it wasn’t terrible and overall a good stay.

Je n'y retournerai pas et je ne le conseillerai jamais
Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien localisé. Le buffet du petit déjeuné et varié avec de bon produits et des fruits de saison. Les lits sont confortables.

Cons:

Nous n'avons pas pu dormir jusqu'à très tard dans la nuit à cause de la sono des événementiels organisés par l'hôtel au roof top avec un niveau de décibel hallucinant parfaitement audible plusieurs étages sous le sommet du roof top, sans parler des chaises et tables déplacées probablement au même niveau, car les chambres possèdent de la moquette. Bref, un séjour infernal à cause du bruit nocturne admis par l'hôtel.
Compte tenu du prix payé, il serait correct d'avoir le café servi dans des tasses et non dans des gobelets en carton. Cela serait plus cohérent, d'un point de vue écologique.
Une partie de la terrasse du roof top est sérieusement endommagée et non sécurisée de même pour une marche d'escalier qui mène à la piscine qui est endommagée et non sécurisée.
Les ascenseurs sont tombés plusieurs fois en panne.

Great stay in Nice Hotel
Pros:

The hotel was situated in the city centre, close to the train station. Lots of places to eat and shop around it. It is a nice walk or tram ride down to the sea front and Promenade des Anglais. The hotel itself was very clean and tidy plus staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel has a roof top bar - which was good. A swimming pool and gym (which we didnt use) We had two rooms which were both clean, tidy, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good lots of choice. I would stay here again.
