The location is great and the rooftop bar too

Cons:

The bed was so Hard and bad I had to sleep on the pullout sofa bed and still had back issues in tje mornings. Staff did not care. Breakfast was nothing special

A very central, clean and well-maintained hotel
Pros:

This is a very central, clean and well-maintained hotel, with friendly and competent staff. Breakfast was very good, and you can see the main street (Jean Medicin) from some of the tables, this is very good for people-watching! There is a very nice garden with chairs up a round staircase opposite from where the breakfast room is. I liked the rather cheery decor of my room. The reception area could perhaps be updated, but I suspect that as the hotel seems to be moving from the brand Mercure to the brand Marriott Bonvoy this probably will soon take place.

Great location
Pros:

The hotel was in a good location. It was clean, the staff was welcoming. The rooms were spacious and we absolutely loved the rooftop! It contained a pool and gym and a cute area to relax with a bar and options to dine. The decor was nice and there were several areas to hangout. I would recommend this stay.

Cons:

The room junior suite, i expected more for the price of it. I wouldnt expect paper cups to use for coffee, i'd expect more than 1 milk pod, I would expect bin liners in the bin of which there was only 1 small pedal bin, which was bashed about a bit. I'd also expect complimentary water in the room.
The mini bar had 3 items in it.
Room and hotel, apart from reception looks tired.
I dont think I'd stay again in that room and pay that money. It was over £220 a night!
