Very nice stay. Nice room with a beautiful view. Good breakfast. Staff is very professional and kind. My special mention goes to Kamilia. I will definitely be back.
La vue, la chambre et le petit déjeuner

Bien sûr la vue des chambres, et depuis les salles de restauration et le buffet du petit déjeuner
La climatisation très difficile à régler dans appuyer sur plusieurs boutons improbables. Ne serait ce que pour la couper.
2 autres points qui ne sont pas du ressort de l’hôtel :
L’accès à pied depuis la gare de la Part Dieu très mal indiqué dans le centre commercial…..
Le soir pas tres engageant.
Nous avons globalement beaucoup apprécié notre expérience : chambre confortable, environnement agréable et impression générale très positive.
Concernant le petit-déjeuner du vendredi matin.
La veille au soir, j’ai informé la réception que nous devions prendre un train très tôt et que nous ne pourrions pas profiter du petit-déjeuner à 6h30. Il m’a été indiqué qu’aucune solution particulière ne pouvait être envisagée.
Le lendemain matin, nous avons cependant constaté qu’un dispositif permettait à certains clients de bénéficier d’un petit-déjeuner anticipé ou à emporter sur réservation. Cette possibilité ne nous avait pas été proposée, alors même que nous avions signalé notre contrainte horaire la veille.
Je comprends bien que certaines organisations spécifiques puissent être mises en place selon les périodes, mais j’aurais sincèrement apprécié être informée des options existantes. Nous aurions naturellement réservé si cela avait été possible. Le petit-déjeuner étant inclus dans notre réservation, nous avons été un peu surpris de ne pas pouvoir en bénéficier, même partiellement, malgré notre anticipation.
Finalement, un petit comptoir en libre-service nous a été indiqué au moment de partir, mais cette information tardive nous a mis dans une situation un peu inconfortable.
