This was our sixth time staying here for an extended weekend break over a number of years. We really enjoyed our 5 night weekend break agin this time.
The team here are always great and the hotel has some of the best reception people we come across in our many travels. This time Anna and Seip were exceptional and we can't praise them highly enough for their people skills, professionalism and abilities to deal with all nationalities using their linguistic talents. Also Heloise was super helpful with our daughters check in. Thanks also to the great Dan and the team who do such a super job at breakfast time
The location is always so fantastic here - next door to the shopping centre, 10 mins walk to the train and 25 minutes walk directly to the centre square. The views from the rooms always leave us inspired and the rooms are comfy. Delighted to see an investment in the hotel entrance was starting which will add even more to the overall experience.
