It was OK for what we needed it for, but didn’t have a lot of the amenities that I’m used to.
Pros:

It was fine bear some shops

Cons:

there wasn’t a restaurant in the actual hotel or a lobby or anywhere to really sit and chat.
There are not enough mirrors in the room to get ready if somebody else is in the bathroom and no convenient plugs by the mirror that is there next to the bed, which you can hardly sit down in front of to blow dry your hair if you had to.

Toilets leaked, room had stuff from prior guests, and cleanliness was missing. Ice machine was broken. It really was bad, we actually left after getting additional reservations at another nearby hotel.

Apart from issue with lift, we had a pleasant stay.
Pros:

Coffee and tea offering at the M level

Cons:

One out of 2 available lifts was not working for the duration of our stay which resulted in long waits for lifts. We had to take the stairs up and down. There was no update on when the lift will be fixed. Receptionists had no answers.

Odain and Odessa were the best!!
Pros:

We had the most pleasant time at this hotel. It was close to everything we wanted to see and if it wasn't, then it was close to a subway stop that got us there. The rooms were clean and cozy and the staff had lots of great suggestions for us to visit. Odain, Kyle and Odessa were the stars of the show! They greeted us with a smile every time we came in and literally took care of us like we were family. I have never felt so comfortable in a place that wasn't my home! They were there literally all hours of the day and talking to them was a real highlight of our trip. Quiet, great atmosphere, great value, and location. all around 11/10 stay at this hotel!

Hotel needs lots of maintenance.
Pros:

The staff were very kind and helpful. There was a lot going on with the building but they made things better within their means.

Cons:

The elevators broke down the entire time we were there. Only one elevator servicing 30 floors of guest plus the housekeeping staff.
