Pros:

I didn't know how to operate pulling the shades down, so I called for assistance and the maintenance guy came in record time. The bed was extremely comfortable. Slept very well.

Cons:

1) The room was extremely small. 2) In addition, the entire hotel is small. As soon as you come off the elevator the hallways are very narrow and the rooms are literally side by side one another. 3) the bathroom doesn't have a water stopper when you take a shower so the entire floor in the shower, by the sink and by the bathroom door was completely filled with water. The building needs an upgrade, for sure. 4) both elevators are very slow. I waited for almost 13 minutes to get on one of the elevators.
