Gostaríamos de registrar que a estadia superou nossas expectativas. O apartamento era muito bem localizado, contava com excelente estrutura, estava muito limpo, organizado e proporcionou uma experiência extremamente agradável.

Ha sido las peores noches de mi vida y el peor hotel, en el que me he quedado como permiten que la gente fume mariguana en los cuartos y pasillos habemos personas que no consumimos esa porquería y el olor se mete en las habitaciones a tal grado que no pude dormir, una decepción total. Pónganse a pensar en los huéspedes. Una mierda total
Room was very clean, staff in reception extremely nice, bed extremely confortable.
I wishd they had a glass water bottle with a glass. I also wished they had a hair cap.

Location was good. Bedding and bathroom seemed clean.
Staff was dismissive. I was assured weeks ahead of time that we'd most likely be able to check in 30 mins early. If not, they'd hold our luggage. When I arrived 30 mins early, she didnt even check the system, she just said we had to wait 30 mins, which we couldn't because of our event. Then, she refused to hold our luggage because "the luggage area was full", none of which was warned when I had called. When we finally checked in later in the evening, the non-smoking room they gave us reeked of cigarette smoke. I reported it and just apologized and asked what I wanted. But we were running late for our dinner event. We had to sleep with the window open all night. The smell was awful.
No coffee in room No hair dryer. Staff was all rude and unfriendly. Did not answer questions thru Booking.com about shuttle.

No coffee facilities on the weekend.

No breakfast at hotel, paper thin walls if you understand what i mean, no reply to emails sent asking about airport transfer. Not sure its trying to be a budget hotel, but thats what it is. Not great, did the job, but would not stay again
