Comfortable budget hotel - rude staff
Pros:

Good location and free shuttle to/from the airport and main train station. Comfortable bed and pillows. Quieter than manhattan and only 20 mins into New York Penn by train.

Cons:

Staff were some of the rudest and most unhelpful I have experienced. Could not even tell me where I could get some water. Frequently hung up or put me on hold when I tried to order a shuttle.

Great location and convenient shuttle service
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location, and the shuttle service is excellent and very convenient. However, the staff was not as friendly or helpful as expected. There was a mix-up with my room assignment, and I was woken up twice at 3:00 a.m. by another guest attempting to enter my room. Although the issue was resolved the next day with the assistance of a manager, the situation was concerning, especially since I was staying alone that night.

Wymeldowanie o 12, możliwość bezpłatnego przechowywania bagażu, bezpłatny transfer na lotnisko, blisko kolejki do NY, bezpieczeństwo bo w Newark różnie z tym jest, więc oprócz ceny sprawdzajcie dokładnie lokalizację pod kątem bezpieczeństwa .

The hotel is perfectly located, but needed new improvements such as the dirty room carpets

If continental free breakfast was included, it may offset many of the inconvenience. Several areas are under renovation, especially the ground floor where you are required to use outside portable construction site Potacab for toilet.

I won't stay there again
Pros:

Nothing really to be fair .

Cons:

Beds didn't feel good. When they clean the room didn't bring any wash cloths. Only had 1 pillow and whatever that other thing was for 2 people. Over all I wouldn't stay there again and parking Is the worst I ever seen for a hotel
