The hotel does not provide free breakfast
If continental free breakfast was included, it may offset many of the inconvenience. Several areas are under renovation, especially the ground floor where you are required to use outside portable construction site Potacab for toilet.

Nothing really to be fair .
Beds didn't feel good. When they clean the room didn't bring any wash cloths. Only had 1 pillow and whatever that other thing was for 2 people. Over all I wouldn't stay there again and parking Is the worst I ever seen for a hotel
