Hampton Inn Dover

We stay at this hotel multiple times a year… overall a great hotel, other than the front end mgr K.M.
Rooms are always clean, the girls at the front desk, the breakfast lady, the cleaning staff are all wonderful… only issue is KM. He is condescending, rude, and just an overall pompous man.. we’ve watched him talk to not only us in this way, but other guests and staff as well. Not a welcoming person to have as your first point of contact for sure!

The hallway and staircase had a smell. I have been here for a few weeks for work and there’s been instances where children are running the hallways at night, loud music. My microwave had to be replaced after one use. The walls are extremely thin. There’s been two separate days where they were doing some type of wall hanging and it’s extremely loud. One day I didn’t get towels and when I asked the front desk, they didn’t have any clean towels to give. The location is okay because there’s stores around. I only recommend if staying one or two nights but not for a long term stay.

Paige was EXTREMELY helpful. I had booked the wrong city and there were no rooms available throughout Dover. Sje went above and beyond to work with me. I'm this day and age good customer service is hard to come by. She deserve recognition and a raise.

I’ve stayed at the Hampton Inn in Dover, DE several times for quick one-night stays, and it’s consistently a great experience. Check-in is always smooth, the staff is welcoming, and the rooms are clean, comfortable, and quiet—perfect after a long day. The beds are especially comfy, and everything feels well maintained. For a reliable, stress-free overnight stay, this Hampton Inn never disappoints. I’ll definitely keep coming back. Also the free breakfast is always a bonus and there are many food establishments very close to the hotel.

My stay was great! Casey at the front desk was exceptional, she was super friendly and very helpful 😀. I would definitely stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hampton Inn. I especially liked the microwave in my room to heat my leftovers. Check-in and checkout was pleasant and quick. They did good!

This is my second stay at this hotel. It is a great location right off of the highway and close to the base. Very happy with the renovated rooms - the service was great and felt safe and secure in this hotel. There is some nice restaurant options very close and big box shopping nearby. Really a very nice value. Hotel staff was friendly staff and management was professional, available and helpful. Thanks!

Great Staff! Clean Room and fantastic breakfast. Karina the GM was very helpful with making future arrangements. Close to everything and right off the highway.

The breakfast was really great throughout my stay. The location was very central to everything and that makes my moves around town very easy and i loved that about this hotel.
