One of here staft at night cannot help but its fine
This is one of many formerly lower-end, older, un-renovated chains that Hilton has purchased and slapped some paint and their name on with little other investment. Don’t let the “Pentagon South” in the listing fool you; it’s purely aspirational. This location is more than five miles from the Pentagon. To *actually* stay in a Hilton property south of the Pentagon, you’d want to book at the DoubleTree on Army Navy Dr. in Crystal City/Arlington, though I have no first-hand experience at this property.
The staff here is perfectly nice. I’m told that guests enjoy the “free” breakfast. But think of what you’re paying to stay here, and realize that breakfast isn’t free. Now I understand that Hilton charges $17.25 to park in the small, poorly-lit parking lot at this property. That’s to park yourself. There is no valet.
Next door (across the small lot) is a Hampton Inn, now also owned by Hilton I’ve stayed there before, too. Really nice staff. The roof leaked through the ceiling just above where my suitcase was. No worries; they offered to relocate me to another room, wet clothes and all.
Across town at Seminary Road and Beauregard is another Hilton. It’s a tower with a convention space attached. I think it was a Sheraton and before that a Raddison. They’ll charge lots to park in their garage, but they may have a valet. You’ll want to use that because it’s a couple good blocks’ walk from the parking structure to the elevators at the lobby check-in. It’s been a couple of years since I stayed there. Nice rooms with a view. I’m sure they’ve fixed the plumbing issues by now,
The rooms were clean and exceptionally quiet. Breakfast was very good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I left 2 articles of clothing behind and they shipped them back to me at no charge.
No complaints.
Great location and for the value the rooms are spacious and cozy. The atmospher was quite.Staff very helpful with any needs. Definitely recommend staying here

I didn’t like that when we asked for more linen because it was 4 of us in a suite we were told no.
Finally did the hotel review:
Unfortunately I was quite shocked about our stay at this hotel last month. We arrived and the decor and environment of the hotel appeared how it was on the website. To include the way the rooms looked. However upon entering our suite room we first discovered a bug on one of the bed pillows. We were willing to deal with this and had requested for the bed sheets & pillows to be replaced. As we were preparing to handle that situation myself and family were greeted by a mouse in the room. From that point because it was 1am in the morning (& we all were visiting the area and had no where else to go at that moment) we decided to have them move us to another room and we left immediately the next day. Yes, I do believe the staff handled the situation appropriately. However this hotel has a big situation that they need to handle to ensure no other guest deal with bugs and mice in their room(s).
Staff were very pleasant and helpful!
Everything was great!
