Horrible and no action taken to make it better
Pros:

It was dirty and ac was broken had to change rooms then that room only had hot water. Keys only worked half the time. Staff was horrible

It doesn’t appear they are keeping up with day to day maintenance and cutting corners to save money.

Cons:

I was disappointed in the condition of the property. I’ve stayed there before and it was always clean. This time things were dusty, the toilet was stained, elevator floor was covered in some type of adhesive.

not worth the money we spent

it was in a good area

Cons:

the body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, lotion, etc. were all empty and we asked 2x for them to be replaced/refilled. we asked the front desk and house keeping and were told by both that that they would refill them but they did not. the trash cans did also not have trash bags in them.

Uncomfortable knowing I had to sleep on a bed that I don’t know for how long it’s not made properly.

It was not clean. They did not change the bedding set. The towels were dirty, everything was dirty. Very disappointed because I always stay in the Hampton hotels where ever I go m, and this specific hotel is not as clean for sure as the rest. Very disappointed with this location.
