not worth the money we spent
Pros:

it was in a good area

Cons:

the body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, lotion, etc. were all empty and we asked 2x for them to be replaced/refilled. we asked the front desk and house keeping and were told by both that that they would refill them but they did not. the trash cans did also not have trash bags in them.

Uncomfortable knowing I had to sleep on a bed that I don’t know for how long it’s not made properly.

It was not clean. They did not change the bedding set. The towels were dirty, everything was dirty. Very disappointed because I always stay in the Hampton hotels where ever I go m, and this specific hotel is not as clean for sure as the rest. Very disappointed with this location.

We rented the room so our girls could swim. It was part of their Christmas grift

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

First room we checked into was dirty. Had not been. Cleaned.
The pool was not heated. It was at 15 degrees. The hot tub had very little water and was not working.

Very disappointed, won’t stay here again and neither should anyone.
Pros:

No much, elevator was out and second floor ice machine didn’t work also. Bathroom lighting is TERRIBLE and to top it off staff is unhelpful.
