La ubicación es EXCELENTE. Por lo general se está bien

Es un 4 estrellas muy justito y más para su precio, al menos el que yo pagué en fin de semana.
Mi habitación con muy buenas vistas a la plaza de Santo Domingo, pero con un baño muy incómodo. Tenia dos accesos, uno con puerta corredera y un escalón para acceder a la zona de lavabo y bañera y el otro por otra puerta independiente q había q bajar el escalón e irte a otra zona de wc y bide. No me gustó nada!!!
Buenas toallas, pero ni un solo amenitie ni gorro de ducha ni nada de nada. Solo bote rellenable de gel y champú. Y 2 botellines de agua en el minibar.
En general está algo antiguo aunque con buenas camas.
No tiene cafetería. Y desde la calle para llegar a recepción, hay unas cuantas escaleras.

Great location. Smart hotel.
Pros:

The room was a decent size. Nice to have separate shower and toilet.
Bed comfortable.
Breakfast was very good indeed - large selection and high quality.

Cons:

The room was dusty. The bathroom ceiling was unfinished.
The room (808) was situated right next to the elevator which was very noisy indeed.
Clunked when it reached our floor / the top. Squeaked all the way down and banged when it reached the bottom. Could hear this until late and then very early in the morning.
Was a shame there was not a nicer area to sit in the hotel. The one in the lobby didn't feel very inviting.
Check in didn't feel very personal.

Localização ótima. Quarto confortável. Funcionários simpáticos.

Cons:

O hotel é antigo mas não se nota, a não ser na casa de banho. Retrete e bidé em local minúsculo, em local oposto à banheira e lavatório. Quarto é pequeno.
