Pros:

Pool and hot tub were great, staff were for the most part exceptionally friendly and helpful. Wide variety for the included breakfast.

Cons:

Room had a strange smell when we arrived. Almost like a stale diaper. Overall it was tidy but looked like the clean before hand was very quick and rushed. Some areas looked to be in disrepair. Strange man lurking outside the back of the hotel room and an end of the building that isn't visible. He approached me, and was also inside the hotel pool area for an extended time. Unsure why if he had a room booked he would spend so much time out by the shed.

My stay was fabulous and I can’t wait to go back.
Pros:

Asked for extra pillows and towels, my request was granted. The room was clean and the pool area was great.

Adequate
Cons:

Too many unsupervised kids running up and down the hallways at 10:30 PM. Had to call front desk to put a stop to them

Overall despite not sleeping well because the bed was uncomfortable and the room was too hot
Pros:

Breakfast was good. The pool was nice.The place was clean.

Cons:

The temperature in the room was extremely warm and the thermometer didn't work even when we tried to turn on the AC. We had the manager come up and everything and it still didn't cool down.

Also the hot tub bubbles/jets wouldn't turn on and no one seemed to know why. It was a bit frustrating.
