Pros:

The location is next to Mission Valley Freeway which seems vey busy and noise is constant until deepest night but might be decreased with door and window insulation. The atmosphere is cheap and lax, needing professional and friendlier service that uses the common terms for housekeeping instead of “room service” and freeway rather than “street,” with truth in advertising instead of travel resources and an elevator sign that claim “free breakfast” when there is NONE, above-ground walkways that instill confidence of safety instead of rambling as if affected by earthquakes, in-room appliances that are connected but run quietly instead of a microwave that an employee moved so it would reach a plug and a refrigerator that sounds like a tornado and a disconnected phone forcing guests back to the office for assistance, and furniture without holes. Further improvement would be responsive, domestic representatives at the “customer service” number listed on the Wyndham webpage instead of people ho claim to only make reservations. That third-party bookings rob Wyndham of payments doubtful so the company needs to take responsibility for such a poor quality facility that uses the name and disgusts guests.

Bad check out service. Staff never answer phone calls.
Pros:

Refused to return security deposit after check out. I called multiple times but they didn't answer my phone. Thus I need to contact my bank to dispute the charge.

Very spacious nice clean pool was open well worth the stay

That the shower handle did not work had t9 call someone to fix it when I was ready to shower thsts an important part of the stay the shower should of already been working.
