Not much, to start off there was no TV with Wi-Fi so you basically got three channels to watch that's the beginning, then from about 12:00 till 6:00 in the morning when the sun came up there was a Volvo sitting outside my room all four doors open liquor bottles all over and around the car music blasting all night I did not get not even one hour sleep plus they charged me almost $200 for a s*** room, the top it off when I politely told the manager of what happened he looked at me angrily like I had done something wrong, I'm not a cop caller but I am seriously blown away that anybody in that hotel did not call the police to shut that off that just tells you that hotel is corrupt there was a guy circling my door for about 4 hours I didn't even leave that night I was scared, but honestly with the worst part was the management in this I got has a serious problem, I don't know who he doesn't like but I'm a clean dress non drug using non-drinking professional and it absolutely treated me like crap I turn my key in I wasn't even going to ask for my money back and I just tried to tell him about what happened and he blew me off and I can see in the look in his eyes he did not give a crap do not stay in this hotel believe me the only way that could have happened was if that whole hotel was stuffed with drug dealers and prostitutes because it was on all night I could hear the party going all night in that hotel with no management to tell them to be quiet I have a picture of their Volvo when the sun came up I don't know if I can post it but if they'll let me I will please believe me any other hotel.......
Management not shutting down a party out in the parking lot with base in their car and it running all night with the doors open engine running and music blasting with alcohol bottles all around, I don't understand how nobody called the cops because I'm just not a cop caller but I cannot believe that no one called the cops and when I talked to the management the next morning he just blew me off and didn't say a single word a sorry nothing they must have some connection with the people staying there selling drugs because they are definitely dirty
The cleaness
The place looknold
The bed was very comfortable.
The entire facility was outdated and dirty.
The location is decent but the homeless are getting bad in hotel circle
the room was not to clean. the room smelled of smoked, as if it was a smoking room. The appearance inside was dirty, as if noting is wiped down. and debris on the floors and even a roach was in the room. This hotel seems to be getting worse .
15 minutes from the center and parking included
Too much noise from street and other rooms.
Had to pay cash as they didn't have contactless payments.
Nothing it was really scary. There was homeless people and drug addicts banging at the door and knocking at the door trying to open the door. I called staff they didn’t help. The door was already busted open. Seems like there was already a stroke between Police and crackheads. The shower did not work. There was roaches and it smells like fentanyl.
Nothing
It was available at the time.
Everything was dirty. The shower rod was badly bent and ends were cracked. The doorframe had clearly been busted at some point and the light switch by the door had part cut off.
The room was renovated and clean.
NA
Nothing.
After multiple stays at this property, I feel obligated to finally leave an honest review.
I’ve overlooked far more than I should have—cockroaches, visible dirt, unpleasant odors, and a generally uncomfortable environment. If you read other reviews mentioning these issues, they are not exaggerated. I chose to tolerate them in the past because of the lower price point and never reflected them in my previous ratings.
However, today made it clear that the real issue goes beyond the physical conditions—it’s the management and complete lack of basic hospitality.
I arrived at 2:35 PM for a 3:00 PM check-in and politely asked if an early check-in might be possible, fully acknowledging the policy. I was immediately told there were no rooms available. Minutes later, when I asked about early check-in fees, I was told it would cost $50—and suddenly, a room was available.
That contradiction alone says everything.
After a brief discussion, I made it clear I was not willing to pay $50 for 15–20 minutes and was prepared to simply wait, even though it meant delaying my work call. The situation seemed to settle when a staff member told me not to worry about it and confirmed I could check in without the fee. I even double-checked to be sure, and was reassured.
Then, unexpectedly, a senior staff member intervened, overrode that agreement, and aggressively insisted on the charge—restarting the conflict after it had already been resolved.
At that point, it was no longer about the money. It was about principle. Charging $50 for a few minutes is one thing; handling the situation with inconsistency, poor judgment, and disregard for the guest is another.
I chose to leave rather than stay somewhere I felt disrespected. Booking support handled the situation professionally and issued a full refund.
This hotel may appear to be a deal, but the reality matches the negative reviews you see online.
